DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GESSI! GESSI in Anaheim, CA has to be the absolute worst company I’ve done business with and I have worked with hundreds of companies in my years. Their technical rep, Jason Renzi has never had a positive attitude with me and has a rep for always being incredibly rude. Michelle, their accounting assistant is anything but helpful and does the very bare minimum to help or answer a question. Larry Allen has mentioned over the phone that they pride themselves in great customer service however, I always seem to get an attitude from Larry as well as Jason. I really am confused how this business is still up and running. My suggestion is to hire a completely new staff that takes pride in going above and beyond as well as making the customer feel number one.

Owen is extremely rude over the phone spoke with him briefly and started off nice then his demeanor shifted dont recommend doing business with him he has no manners.
