I live in Long Beach and theres not many nail supply stores in my area so I drove out to Anaheim to the store. You have to wait to get in right now because of Covid19 and theyre only allowing I believe 3 people in at a time. They have a huge selection of embeds,Tips and stickers..I was in heaven! You got to do a little searching though which I dont mind because I definitely will find what Im looking for! I found a lot of stickers and embeds that are hard to find online and even if found online theyre super expensive, where as here they were inexpensive and had more color options👍😁One thing I was not 100% happy with was the Ladybug acrylic I purchased. I got 4 of the 2 oz jars in the colors pastel lavender, pastel green and Mint Green glow and blue hydrangea.i feel like for $20 it should have been better quality and the glow color did not even glow much at all. I tried putting it under UV light as well as a regular light but neither made a difference but it was still a pretty color I just wouldnt advertise it as glow in the dark...... But the color Blue Hydrangea is the one that was horrible... I dont know if it was a bad batch but the pigment left dark spots as if it wasnt fully mixed with the acrylic and it marbled when applied. I was really sad because for $20 a jar, I know of other reliable brands for the same 2oz of acrylic that dont give me issues with chalkiness or marbling and have better quality, no hate just not for me. I probably wont buy anymore of that brand acrylic but I will definitely be going back for everything else and would recommend👍

It was pretty good. Decent service. The gel polish selection is mostly DNC/DND and not all of it has swatches, so its hard to find colors. There is sooooo much glitter and confetti which was fun. I havent been to many nail stores in Orange County so Im not sure how it compares but it does the job.There were a lot of colors of acrylic and other supplies.They seemed like they were doing a good job with regards to COVID.

I went to the place and they discriminated me for being male I just wanted to get some nail supplies for my wife and they said have her come down here instead I can’t even speak perfectly english and they shunned me like pig out of water. never again will go back there christmas is ruined.

This place was absolutely the best nail supply store I have ever been to they had absolutely everything and they were very helpful anything you need anything you could want was in that store and prices were very reasonable.... If I couldnt find something all I did was ask and they had it the help was very good I give this a five star.

This happens to be the closest nail supply store to me so I started to buy supplies there. I purchased their “ladybug” monomer and once I soaked it off I could tell it was the illegal MMA monomer. I messaged them to address the issue and I was ignored, so I called to get answers and the woman I spoke with basically made excuses and blamed the other products I was using. I was disappointed with their response, I won’t be purchasing from them unless it’s an emergency which is a shame because I really love supporting small businesses like this.

They are very rude to their own workers and they discriminate against people of color.

Actual amazing service! As soon as you walk in, they make it their main priority to make sure you have an amazing shopping experience! I was overwhelmed by the variety of products they are selling! Dont let those low reviews fool you! I was hesitant at first but after comparing the good to the bad, I decided to go ahead and check out the store and did not feel an ounce of regret!

I came here today to just get glue around 4:20 and they close at 5 and when I got in they were rushing me and telling me that we only have 5 minutes to shop because they were closing

Do NOT order online!!! Honestly I wish I would have read the reviews before wasting my time and money. I ordered multiple items during the labor day sale. I waited about a week for the tracking to be updated, nothing. I called socal requested an update and was given the runaround. Needless to say I received an order TWO weeks later with an entire box of items that were not mine. Just so everyone is aware if you run across this issue you can try the email but the email is invalid. You can try the number provided for texting but expect them to reply 4 days later or NO reply at all. After the email and texts were uncessuful I called socal to inform them they shipped me the wrong order. I ended up calling THREE times within a week and everytime I was told a manager would call back. No one ever reached out. As a last resort a dispute was submitted via PayPal. Be aware you will have to pay for shipping to return the trash sent to you when it was an error by the establishment. Customer service and attention to the consumer is non existent!!! Save your coin and go elsewhere. Zuly nail supply is 100 times better, spend your money there.

The worst to buy online....WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND THEY TAKE FOREVER TO SHIP OUT YOUR STUFF. THEY NEVER GET BACK TO YOU. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. You leave voicemails and they don’t even get back to you. There’s just no way to speak to them if there’s anything up with your order. You’d literally have to make the drive to their store to see what’s up with your order or you’ll just never know.

I love shopping online here but the customer service is poor. I placed an order on feb 7th. A week has now passed and it still hasn’t shipped. I wanted to ask why so I’ve tried calling multiple times a day, leaving voicemails because no one picks up. I’ve tried contacting through sending multiple emails still no reply back and I have checked my trash and alt email folders. I even tried contacting multiple times through social media still no reply. All I want to do is speak to someone about my order. Like I said I love the selection of items but if I’m paying my money I would like to hear back if I’m trying to get an answer on a order I placed, if not I’ll just take my money elsewhere.

They have great stuff. Ive been there about 5 times. Only the first time I was there a lady named Candy helped me. She is very nice and obviously owns or runs the store. Every time after that she wasnt there. The ppl that replace her on the days shes out (which is often) have no clue about any of the prices, where certain materials are .... Etc its frustrating going here.

Overpriced. It wasnt as inexpensive as people make it sound. I prefer sticking to my own place for supplies. The things that arent as pricy are things that come in a size so small, you barely have enough for 2 full sets. Dont plan on returning here. Not worth it.

I wanted to buy items online but theyre shipping prices are wayyyyy too high! Idk who they use but I dont want to pay $15 shipping for 8 .25 oz acrylics. If I add a $5 dappen dish to the shopping cart it adds another $5 for shipping! $20 shipping total for something thats 1lb.

Worst customer service ever, called, left messages and nobody never answers. Bought an item a week ago and they didnt even ship it. Got a refund saying that they were out of stock a week later. And did not even had the courtesy of calling back (item is still showing in stock online). They have lost a customer and will make sure to spread the word.
