The only place where they actually helped from the start to finish and didnt just tell me here is the sim call customer service like the other 2 stores I went to. Great service highly recommended.

Only one person working and trainee. Had to wait over 45 minutes before apparently trainee decided to get the manager. They also had me pay cash and drive to a bank to get money, and they didnt have change? Seriously, even though we had canceled service over 2 years ago and now we get a bill. Never will I go back to AT&T services.

Great experience at this store today. Glad the place was empty when I arrived cause they were able to help me very quickly with my iphone Id damaged the previous night. Estephani got me set up with a replacement iphone, recommended some good products, and even spent a little extra time helping me sync with icloud after I forgot my password. Luckily I remembered it when I got home. I appreciated the added effort.

At&t as a whole may be the worst company operating. As of this moment, AT&T has charged me over 400$ to get 2 lines setup and none of them have worked. It will now take up to 3 months for me to get it all back. Do not go here. They are no help.

The store had a funny smell like someone forgot to use deodorant. The customer service rep did help me solve my problem but seemed like I was boring him.
