Bought a 60$ purse that already began to fall apart. I have used it 3 times since I bought it a month ago. Twice it sat on the counter where I was visiting the other time I took it to the movies. So dissatisfied with the quality. I own KILLSTAR items that are 3-4 years-old and use regularly and aside from small scratches they are all still in great condition.Never again blackcraft. Ugh.

I had a refund/exchange request that I had to reach out to them about, initially there was confusion so I replied to them with not the nicest toned email addressing the issue awaiting its resolve. Within a couple hours it was completely settled and Im now awaiting the exchanged item and already received my refund for the rest of the returned items. Love their brand, products and now I can say from experience that anyone ordering from out of state should find comfort knowing that their support team is very helpful and efficient. I will continue to support this brand emphatically!

My husband surprised me with a birthday shopping trip here, and we took our three kids along. I cant get over how welcoming and friendly all of the staff was! I wish I could remember the name of our guide, because he completely made the entire experience; from answering all the questions our curious kids had, to keeping track of our purchases and my size requests, he had that customer service thing nailed down. So to whomever was working on 6/5, you are EXCEPTIONAL. Everything we bought, we loved, and we will definitely be back. Its absolutely worth the price and the drive!

Me and my fiancé drove two hours to come shop in store because I have a hard time finding things that fit me when shopping online and it’s easier to shop in person. When we got there there’s a huge sign outside that says “storefront now open” we tried to open the door and it was locked. We knocked and waited about 10 minutes and still nothing happened. There was no sign saying they were at lunch or anything. We made sure that we went when they said they would be open (we went with the hours on their website vs the hours on google or maps because they were all different). If you’re going to advertise that your store front is open, maybe be open.

Drove from Arizona and this was one of the stops on our lists of places to check out. Unfortunately, they don’t have a phone number to call and confirm if they’re open or not. When we showed up there was another car outside waiting. I pulled on the door and knocked- nothing. We waited 15 mins hoping they were at lunch or something. Really annoying. Oh well. Maybe next time.

Came up from Texas and the first thing I had to do was hit the store, does not disappoint. Everything looks sick, and if you’re a new customer then expect actually nice merch with really fair prices.

This place is simply awesome! Not only are there a huge number of amazing designs to be purchased on miscellaneous items, but the people working there are absolutely wonderful. They will gladly help you out with your purchase, and also take their time to chat. We even got some nice recommendations for places to visit while in the L.A. area.

Great little goth/occult/atheist clothing company. Highly recommend going in to the store. The staff was great, and it really helped to try things on. Ive heard their web service is iffy, so if you are close definitely stop in.

Went to their warehouse sale and the staff was super courteous and helpful. Great selection and well organized. The customers there were also polite and showed awareness of their surroundings, proving once again that goths are the superior social group.

I ordered two simple items and it took two weeks for the order to be processed just for shipment. Following that, it took over two weeks to recieve the shipment. I love Blackcraft Cult, but waiting so long for a simple order, that is in stock, is ridiculous. The other frustrating part is their is no way to easily contact them. I have submitted several inquiries with zero responses. I cannot continue to support a business that doesnt care about customer relations and cannot provide reasonable customer service.

Received the wrong item.Expected great customer support to return and exchange for my correct item, but after 4 weeks and 5 e-mails havent heard a peep.Will fix rating once yall fix your scams.

Let me start by saying that this was our first visit to Blackcraft Cult store and the service here was excellent. Today it was Julian that helped us and he was more that helpful, it was a very welcoming, freindly and personalized experience. The product is vast and of excellent quality... I just wanted to live in the store... it was an above and beyond retail experience and we will definitely be returning.

This place is amazing! The store it self is beautiful, clean, friendly, easy to move around and it has a very clean restroom. The fitting room is huge, honestly its fit for a king. Although its impossible to reach employees over the phone, email, or social media.

This place is absolutely badass!!!! 100% amazing place, if you like their style of clothing, youre gonna LOVE the store itself. The woman who greeted us was sooo nice and helpful, and gave my girlfriend a pair of aviator sunglasses for free since we were here for her birthday. I have been trying to get in contact with BlackCraft Cult about a missing item for over a month now. They can take my money but mysteriously cant be reached when someone is owed. There is no phone number to call, they dont respond to emails apparently (I have sent three), nor do they respond to Facebook posts and messages. Im pretty bummed out because I shop from them a lot but if this is how they deal with a missing item, I will shop elsewhere.
