ABS installed solar on my home but when the system didn’t work properly they would not help me. Their passive aggressive front desk person gave me a hard time each time I called. When I would get through to someone they said they would help but never followed through. In the end they delayed and made excuses until my one-year warranty expired. Now I’m left with a sub-par system and no help with even my most simple of requests.

We selected ABS to solarize our neighborhood. They came to my home and we helped them prepare the literature and coordinated the literature drop. Since then we were one of the last homes they solarized and have had problems since installation. No response to the many calls we have made since then. Be forewarned: choose a different solar installer.

Seriously top notch service! Jason really knows his stuff and does high quality, professional work. Our wirelsss security cameras weren’t reaching the back of our property where we were having the most trouble with break-ins, but Jason refused to give up and figured out a solution that has lifted a big weight off my shoulders! Now we can store vehicles in the back part of our security yard without worrying about break-ins or vandalism. I can’t say enough good things about this company!!!
