Patty is amazing. She helped me navigate my horrible eye insurance and got me my contacts in 3 days (over a weekend and a holiday).A lot of places just set up appointments and dont do the liaison work for you. Patty went above and beyond! Definitely recommend JC Penny Optical.

Went for an eye appointment. My appointment lasted almost 2 hours and all I was there for was contact prescription. During my visit the doctor and front desk assistant start arguing right in front of us. It was very awkward and made the visit uncomfortable. I have been there multiple times before but I’ve always delt with everything because I was a regular there. After today I will no longer be going to jcpenny optical. Also because the doctor has no patience and will literally awkward whisper at you the whole appointment.

Just awful ! 4.5 hoursand my 73 year old mothers prescription was horribly wrong... People were rude..argued with eachother..the most outdated eye clinic ever.. no computer.. not even a copy machine.. woman wore contacts and glasses and dr. used a magnifying glass !! We reported them to medicade Then we had to wait a year for a new vision apt.

Called regarding some questions about contacts and all I have to say is PATTY IS STRAIGHT UP RUDE!! she either lacks social skills or customer service skills. Id be happy to spend my income someplace else then with some rude person who hangs up on Customers!!!

Rude, stinky, and I dont think hes a real optometrist.

Spent almost a month awaiting glasses to be delivered. After finally receiving them the business compensated me above and beyond for the inconvenience.
