Dr. Robert has been wonderful, understanding, patient and informative. I came in to get new hearing aids and ear mold, he provided exciting suggestions. He took the time to work with me, did not rush me, and spoke clearly (I am hard of hearing).I appreciated his consultation and highly recommend him.Daniel

**UPDATE** it has now been 7 weeks and my insurance company STILL has not received a claim from them.Had to take the morning off for my hearing test and thought I gave myself plenty of time but apparently my scheduled appointment time plus 30 minutes was not good enough. They ran late and even as I’m stressing aloud that I’m going to be late and made a call to my employer that I was running behind she still took her time. I was told when I scheduled the appointment that they would bill my insurance but they neglected to mention until after the hearing test that I had to pay the full price up front and then insurance would issue a refund check about 4 weeks after they billed. Not acceptable. The night before I had to purchase an emergency plane ticket to attend the funeral of a family member. Knowing this in advance would have been really helpful as I would have postponed. That was over a month ago and they STILL have not billed my insurance. I called and was given a bunch of excuses and told they would bill but they still haven’t. Super disappointing.
