Helpful staff. Although I was troubled to find that skid resistant soul shoes are throughout the store!!! Ugh.. Questioned why those type of service shoes couldnt be located in one place! The store has a huge variety, which is tremendous!..but, really didnt want to spend so much time looking through isles and ilses! ..yikes!

This place has an amazing boot selection. Customer service is non existent. Seems to me the employees are far more interested in the lives they lead away from work, to be dealing with the needs of customers. Boot selection is top notch though.

My little childrens have la boots now and they kick. An i no like kieking. But they kick me. They shoes very pretty.

Great quality premium gear. Its definitely not a bargain bin style store like Walmart but you shouldnt go to specialty stores expecting cheap prices. Service was friendly and very helpful. Ill definitely be coming back.

The store is small, but dont let that fool you! They have a great selection of jeans, boots, shirts, etc. Super convenient location; right off the freeway. The sales staff was friendly!My shopping group had a lot of fun looking through the racks!!!

The employees took the time to help me find the perfect jeans on a crazy busy day! They were attentive to every customer that walked in the door, they answered questions, and helped find what people were looking for, all with kind words and a smile. They did an amazing job!

Be sure to ask who helped you, or youll be waiting in line for four minutes while they try to figure out who helped you. To the service girls try introducing yourself.

Walked in a year ago with no experience in boots at all and the the gal that helped me obviously knew her stuff. Got a great price, Im still wearing em, and the knowledge she shared with me about caring for em with the leather conditioner ensured these boots will last me for a few years yet. Ive put these things thru hell so obviously damn good quality for an $80 pair, much less what I imagine a $300 pair can withstand.Would highly recommended shopping here.

Typical boot barn with everything I love to shop for inside. I wish there was more shade to park under but nice store.

Huge selection of mens & womens wardrobes with accessories. Boots for all family members, be it work or dressy. Some childrens clothes and toys.

So I call the boot barn while I was sitting in front of work world to see if they had what I wanted melissa was the 1 who answered phone she was very pleasant and accommodating she placed me on hold for brief moment while she went into the back to check and see if they had the boots I was asking for she came back and said that they did indeed have them and that they were 20 dollars cheaper then the store I was at
