Bought 2 pair..instead of 150.00Was only 100.00 that what bell allmost wanted 4 1 pair...only 1 person in there,she stayed on phone whole time,had find her get help,but its ok...

The ONLY REASON I gave one star is because of the awesome customer service we received. Check prices before purchasing here. I bought a pair of nikes that are $40 over what they cost everywhere else. The sticker literally says recommended price from Nike is $65.00 I paid $99.99. Also was supposed to be buy one get one 50% off and that was not done. I will be coming to return the shoes I bought and going somewhere with better business practices. Pricing your shoes almost 50% OVER the suggested price is WRONG.

All the employees were super friendly and eager to help.

I visited the Anderson Mall store and had excellent customer service from the sales associate Justice. She was so polite and welcoming and helped me with everything. The only reason I gave 3 stars was due to the shift manager Amanda. Amanda was called over to check out to help with doing a refund and re-ringing the shoes due to me not knowing about a discount I was eligible for until after my transaction was already completed. Well Amanda was not too friendly and seemed like what I was wanting was asking for too much and I got the impression she was disgusted with me. I didnt know I had a reward account until Justice told me if I sign up for one then I could get $10 off for my granddaughters bday (she was with me and shoes were for her). Amanda entered my email and told me I already had an account so I couldnt get $10 off. Justice said I had an offer for 15% off and it will expire in a few days would I like to use it. I told her yes please otherwise I would lose it. Amanda just seemed like I was asking for too much and just wanted to get me out of there. So for this whenever I do go back I will not shop there while Amanda is working. Other than that it was great.

I visited the Rack Room Shoes in Anderson, SC over the Xmas holidays and the manager(Jennifer) was so polite and very helpful! I enjoyed the customer service my family received. We will be spending more dollars there!!

Lots of shoes to choose from. My son was able to get 2 pairs of Nike shoes (at buy one get one 50% of)and really likes them alot. Also, they fit him nicely and look good too! Could have a little bit friendlier customer service.🌻🐛. But, the quality of the shoes is really good! 🤗

Went in there today and and two woman were following me around the whole store atleast 8 times they thought i didnt notice so we just walked out and we did nothing to theme

Couldnt get anyone to size my childs feet. Store is too small and not enough places to sit to try on shoes. Aisles too small and too many people standing in each one to really look or try on shoes. Not enough workers. Need bigger aisles more help and more places to sit and try on shoes

The lady who helped us pick out my nephews shoes was great. She sat on the floor with him and went through a lot of shoes until we were satisfied. I believe she was the manager. She was great!

Didnt have any 8ee wide shoes. There where wide shoes available but not my size. Not one pair of 8ee shoes out all those shoes. Looks like there geared up for more women shoes, and kids shoes.

Be glad I had to give one star!!! Went in there today and the lady was helping a customer, so I was standing there and when I saw her finishing up I pointed to the top shelf and she sternly says “I’m helping a customer right now”. 30 seconds later she folds up her ladder and is walking away, I asked her if she could get the box off the top shelf for me. She turned away from me, to two more customers asking them if they needed help with anything.... I was planning on buying 4 pair of shoes for my girls but after I was treated like that I will NEVER shop at that store again!!!!

Sandals were labeled as Buy One Get One Free as I go to buy them for my wife and daughter I am told they are not apart if the sale even though they were clearly labeled. After the Assistant Manager and Manager checked the shoes they proceeded to try to tell me the shoes were cheaper to purchase at Buy One Get One half off. I was not happy with their customer service as they did not honor their advertisement.Will not return to this location.

Great Sales, but each time I liked a selection, they didnt have my size, plus this location didnt have enough selection of kids shoes...so we just left...it was a nice store, just not enough for our needs at this time...
