I don know who the worker/manager was that called the cops on my autistic husband, but thats not ok. He went to the store to get meds for me even though he was having a rough time. You followed him throughout the entire store, he even called me to tell me he was having sensory issues with you standing right next to him, yet you felt it necessary to call the cops. You really need to be retrained. Luckily my husband left before the cops got there, I dont know what would have happened with me not there to help him.

U scans never accept cash and no signage to indicate otherwise. All other Pay Less stores in Anderson accept cash at u scans. Manager tried to say it is because they are a high volume store and cannot put cash in the u scans......baloney.

Payless Super Market is very clean on the inside and on the outside. The staff members are very kind, courteous and helpful. They always have everything that you need in stock. I highly recommend shopping at this Payless Super Market.

Shopping later in the evening allows ease of navigating the store from one area to another whether in same aisle or different aisle. But with the end of day shopping comes with some items being out of stock or a very limited choice because restocking and replenishment starts just before closing time. Its an ideal time to run in and grab the go to items at the spur of the moment and checkout being ZERO hassles or waits.

One stop shop. Great savings with the Kroger app, digital coupons and best customer coupons mailed to me. Saved over $2000 last year and that doesnt include my gas savings.

Every time I go to self service area to check out, the sign on registers say No Cash or no card! Get cash in the registers so we can check out without waiting on the attendant who is servicing 12 registers to take my money! Covid will always be the excuse now!!! Sorry lost my business. Im over it.

Never any groceries on the shelf to buy on a Saturday. Even before covid19. I used to think it was bcoz I shopped late. But I went there yesterday during the day. Nothing on shelves. Ive not bought a cab of spaghetti and meatballs here, for MONTHS. Id like to know WHEN is the best day for some6WHO WORKS and gets paid on FRIDAYS, to SHOP. Id like to know what day is the best day to get a human cashier. Usually only 2 open cashiers. Used to be a rule about >3 in line. But not these days. Its like ROAD WARRIOR DAYS. No food. No cashiers. Ill fill my cart completely next time, with things on the bottom that I dont want. Then you can pay someone to RE-stock or throw it away. I will walk out and leave my full cart, at the self check, just like yesterday, when self check takes too long. NO cashiers to ring people out of the store. ONE person who has to watch SIX people. And then people all over filling carts for people who shop from home. Well i dont shop from home. Those are services for disabled and debilitated. Is there a secret stock room for those people? Coz shopping from home is tough when the aisle are empty. Guesstimate? Aldi has CASHIERS. Mandated human contact there! Less expensive too. Otherwise, its an indy area kroger for me. Cross Street Kroger has been limping down the shoulder going more flat month by month. Need food? Go elsewhere. Like to wait in line without what y came for? This is the place. Great place diet and check your level of patience. Mine ran out. Hope the Restock person was free to put all my things back.

Store clean, employees friendly. Well stocked. I deeply resent the corporation trying to force online ordering. I prefer to see what I am buying. I want to read labels. Compare ingredients and ounces. I resent driving my friend to the grocery and having to park behind the saved spots for online purchases pick up. She uses a walker. And NO. Not interested in convince of online. No computer. Loved the store. Not happy with losing parking to something that I have not heard one person show interest in using.

PAYLESS was great! People were so friendly. Even though it was a hustle and bustle night, employees were very patient. Sales were good and plentiful even on the final day.

It is awful in this covid-19 time. But they have no room to hire my girlfriend. but they need help in all departments. During the job interview somebody actually came in and started vacuuming the carpet and she is partially deaf so that did not help things much. So disrespectful!

Pay Less is a nice place to grocery shop. My only complaint is there need to shuffle items from where they are easily found to where you cant find them at all. They used to have personal on the floor, who were able to help you find items. Try finding that now... Nonetheless, I would rather trade with Payless than there competators. Thanks...

Parking lots and store were very clean. Starbucks conveniently inside. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I needed a quick snack to increase blood sugar. The deli has stopped selling individual salads or individual sandwiches to eat at snack bar. They have also stopped selling drinks, like coffee by the cup. The only coffee was at Starbucks. I explained that I wanted the weakest blend. Plain coffee was so strong that I took one cup and threw it out. The bakery was the same. They no longer sold individual cookies or pie slices or cake slices.Meanwhile my diabetic sugar level bottomed out and I left the store and did no shopping for groceries. I went home to eat. Now I have to go grocery shopping at Walmart.Have a happy Thanksgiving.

Store layout is so confusing. I couldnt even find where the eggs were (which you would think they would be near the milk, but no). I will never come here and I highly suggest that you dont come here unless you are wanting to walk around for minutes on end or for Starbucks.

Love this place! Even when I didnt live in Anderson Id go out of my way to come here. A lot of people will complain that the prices are too high, but the way I shop this is actually a cheaper destination than Walmart. Watch for sales, use your online coupons, and be smart about what youre buying. The savings are incredible.not just that, but its a great store. Big variety, lots of parking, always friendly manager and employees. Theres even a Starbucks on thr inside.

I really like this payless, its way less trashy than the others in town. But I just wish the bakery people were nicer. They have the best cakes, but rudeness isnt acceptable.

Now that you close for 6 hours a day, youd the store would be stocked, or ready for shoppers. Arriving at 6:30am today finding nothing stocked-some shelves completely empty. Also no registers open... I was one of many with a full cart standing around waiting on the few u-scans that were open- then struggle with the bagging and weights because theres only room for maybe 6 full bags. Pretty sad.

Have been shopping there for over 20 yes. Rarely do I go anywhere else for groceries. Employees are helpful and nice. Great produce.

This is by far the best kroger Ive ever been in. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The store is extremely clean and nice to walk into. The Starbucks is a really nice amenity.

Clean store, nicer atmosphere then other Payless stores, decent parking. I believe this one is laid out better than other Payless stores in the area. There is even a Starbucks inside! However the produce is often out of stock and I believe the prices are a bit higher compared to other nearby grocers on Scatterfield Rd.

They made the aisles smaller. It was bad before having to dodge the employees gathering stuff for online orders but now its impossible. The dont move for you as it seems they think online ordering is more important than actual people. It seems as now that they have a monopoly in this town we have to put up with it.

We go there all the time. Customer service is wonderful! Linda at the meat counter is wonderful!! Asked what she suggested with the teriyaki chicken lunchmeat??. She gave me three different kinds of cheeses to try with it! I do not know anywhere else that would do that for you! Everyone there is helpful. One other thing, I always feel safe. Even shopping alone. There is usually security at the door. Just makes you feel better that someone is watching out for you!

While there anotherSnow Warning was forcast.So this meant that shopping was at its peak. I was very pleased with customer traffic control. I was a Bagger in high school (quite some years ago)! I was absolutely impressed by the smooth symphonious efficiency of the cashiers, and the baggers performance.I was a Great Bagger, these individuals brought to mind some very enjoyable times of my youth. It was like setting back and not only hearing a beautiful symphony, but seeing a Symphony In Motion!Before you knew it I was out of there, in very little time even though they just rearranged their store isles.The feeling was somewhat Euphoric and Nostalgic!The service was excellent_

Payless is almost always right on the check out where a person does not have to wait very long at all. Thats one of the things that I really like about Payless. But for some reason today they werent on it like they usually are. Still not as bad as Walmart though.

There seems not to be enough handicapped parking places. Not only at this Payless but all Payless grocery stores. The pickers carts going through the isles clog the flow for us regular customers.The produce is not fresh and you have to look though what is available. The potatoes have deep bruising probably happened from the handling from the grower.

I have shopped at the north store for 4 to 5 years now and in the last 3 mths you have been out of everything it seems like.. I went in Sunday night for my little ones formula and you were out!! I had to take my 2 babis all the way to the otherside of town... after tonight being there No Milk No Eggs !!!!! NOT COOL WHEN YOUR THE ONLY STORE ON THIS SIDE OF TOWN!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED

We ordered a cake for a baby shower a few days in advance. When we went to pick it up the night before, the name was spelled wrong. The manager said someone would be in first thing in the morning, and they will fix it. When it was picked up this morning, the person who fixed it, had scraped the O from the name and tried to squeeze in an L in the same space with a now smaller O. The name was spelled correctly on the paper that the staff had when making the cake.
