I am so very grateful for their help with my paint issue. I love their paint and how well their paint went on my wall. Plus its the best for just wiping off a sticky mess left from little fingers.

These guys are awesome. My 8 year old daughter was very interested in learning about the mixing of the paints & every single one of them took the time to show her every step & even taught her about wood stain. She didnt want to leave but she left the store as a little Sherwie. She was very fast to put her new shirt on. The employees also are extremely knowledgeable & know their stock off top of their head.

Great customer service! Store is clean and well organized. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They didnt try to push the most expensive type of paint first and did well with matching what we wanted for our project. Bought 3 buckets of paint and spent around $20 more than what I could have got it for at Lowes across the street but it was well worth it. We will definitely be back for future projects.

I purchased 3 tins of paint. The onsite service appeared excellent, with advice given on which paint to use according to some material samples I brought in. However, on inspection of the receipt I was given, which did appear to be for the items I purchased, it seems my purchases were attributed to a specific customer name and account number (not me) - presumably some kind of fiddle going on. Disappointing. Glad I didnt give them my personal info!

The owner and staff are so helpful and the results using Sherwin Williams stripper for our deck was amazing.

Our house is seventy years old with textured plaster walls. The knowledgeable owner helped me work details on mixing paint to match a plaster wall that needs texture to match all others which was added in a remodeling. Appreciate the service and attention.

Overall great experience, helpful sales associates, just hard to get into the parking lot of the location coming from North Anderson as you cant turn left to the lot their heading down Satterfield Road, you have to go down turn around and come back up the North bond side to access the location.

Awesome store. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, had my exact colors mixed and ready to go in a reasonably timely manner. SW Paints are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for... worth it.

The Sherwin-Williams employees are knowledgeable and when I discussed my projects they recommended good paint types to meet my needs.But, they did not enforce mask wearing inside the store among customers.

I called a week ahead and decided what I needed for the finish on my hardwood floors. The polyurethane we picked was perfect 😊. I went on Friday to pick it up and it was a 30% sale! The clerk checking order out and helped me get it to car. He was great ☺️

The service received was very good but not overwhelming. I was given direction for the best type of paint plus the best brush for my paint project.

Leigh is always so helpful! She talked us through painting our kitchen cabinets and they turned out great! If I had a question, all I had to do was call her. Great customer service!!

The paintnis the best quality I have used in all the years I have done work on my house. The staff at the two locations I have visited seem quite well trained and attentive to the customers. They have taken time to answer questions and made good suggestions. You might pay a little more but ot is worth it for the quality and knowing someone has a good idea of the products.
