I had Been to a lot of dealerships and this by far was my favorite. I believe They went above and beyond to make the deal happen and I am happy that everything turned out the way that it did. Very kind and accommodating. It was my first experience there to get my oil changed. They gave me a ride back to school and dropped off my car when they were finished. They also vacuumed out the front row! I look forward to returning for my next service 🙂

I have been doing business with Dunhams for 40 years. Bought a lot of cars and trucks from Larry and Vince. Had a few problems with some of them but NEVER a problem with the employees. Every vehicle problem was rectified to my satisfaction and thats why I continue to support them. My daughter bought her Cherokee from them and Dunhams has done much warranty work on her husbands diesel Ram even though he bought it elsewhere. You can get service anywhere but if you want professionals to work on your vehicle you need to go to Dunhams.

I was treated very poorly by the service department. I have a 2020 jeep gladiator and after 2800 miles the flywheel and the clutch went out (or thats what they said was the issue). They got me in quick to look at it and even had it done about 4 hours ahead of what they said they would. Then it went down hill from there as when the technician told me what was wrong and said that it was my fault and that i didnt know how to drive a manual transmission (Ive been driving a manual transmission vehicle since I was 16 years old). After that I asked how long it would take to get parts in and he said about 1 month!? Like what they are the same parts as a wrangler and they designed them like that to reduce the waiting period for parts. But anyway I continued with it because it was covered under warranty. 2 weeks later I get a call to set up a time and the guy said it would take a week before they could get me in. The day before I am supposed to take it in I get a call again saying that they have a car on the lift and they will need the lift for my truck so they will have to push my appointment back to the following Monday (another 4days). They guy on the phone said if I bought it in at 8 AM it would be the first one to get worked on because of the inconvenience. Well I took that Monday off work and took it in right at 8 AM and I went home and waited for a phone call. 4 PM rolls around and I finally decided to call and the guy says hold on let me check (10 minutes later) he comes back and says well its going back together and was going to leave it at that. I was like what does that mean and he told me that the tech was putting it back together now and he wasnt going to have it done by 5 PM (9 hours of work allegedly). I told him that it was unacceptable for it to take over 9 hours and me not having a vehicle to go to work the next day. He said he would be right back and after another 10 minutes he said that if I was there at 5 PM they would have it done. So i get there and theres this guy who claims to be there warranty expert tells me again that it was because I didnt know how to drive a manual transmission and that they were only going to cover it once. Unfortunately thats not how warranties work I told him and it is still under Indianas lemon law policy also there is nothing in the warranty that states a part is to only be replaced once. He didnt know what to say after that. Once that was all settled and I get into my truck every from my center console and under my seats was torn out and was thrown all around my truck. I am very disappointed in the professionalism of there service department because its now been over 3 weeks and I still have yet to get a follow up call from them like they said I would get!!!! (Which it is have a issue since its been worked on) I would NOT recommend having any work done here at ALL go anywhere but HERE!!!!!

Very honest dealer for service and parts. I took my Grand Cherokee in for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. All requested services were completed quickly and they informed me that the wear on my tires were perfect, did not need rotated, and I was not charged. I recommend this dealer 100%.

Complete waste of time. I was working with Vince the sales manager on buying a hellcat charger they had on their lot. Vince was great up until the very end, I’m from Phoenix AZ so all of this was over the phone/email. Yesterday I agreed to pay full list price and went over all of the personal/ confidential info they needed to start the paper work. Today I haven’t heard from Vince so after several calls I finally get him on the phone and he advised me another sales guy had a possible buyer there in person I proceeded to ask him I thought we had a verbal agreement for me to buy the car and if I need to send a nonrefundable deposit of any amount to Secure the car I would . Vince told me he would call me back and a couple hours later he did to advise me the car was sold. It pisses me off he would ask for and take my personal info then sale the car out from under me. Money isn’t a issue or Credit worthiness. I just feel Vince was not professional and very miss leading. So I’m out a $500 dollar airplane ticket and no car. Out-of-state buyers beware
