If you need old school V dub parts this is the place to go to. They definitely helped me out in a pinch. They also have oem replacement part catalogs. Best bet is to give them a call first to make sure your not waisting time and money chasing a dream unless that is your cup of tea.

They are very rude and the price that they tell you over the phone is not the same when you get charged it is more. They take there sweet time doing anything. Dont go here if you do make sure how much they are going to charge you.

If youre a female DONT CALL! My 21 year old daughter called and tried to get information on parts and the guy that answered the phone made her feel like $hit for calling and kept talking down to her. I called and asked for a owner or supervisor then the coward hung up on me.

I gave them a chance back in my college days--the first person you see, the guy behind the desk, is absolutely arrogant and acts like hes doing you a grand favor just by existing for you. Mechanics, same story. I left, disgusted. 10 years later and hoping they had changed, I go in looking for a part. NOTHING CHANGED! Exact same story. Cannot believe how bad they are at customer service. Avoid at all costs. Ive heard lots of other stories locally but I know how that can be, so i wanted to try to give them a chance to earn my business. Waste of time.

Horrible. Wanted a strut and normally when you tell a junk yard you are on your way they get the part ready. Not this horrible business. Highly recommend going somewhere else. Poor everything! Should rename this two rip off brothers.

Great to buy parts for mostly Volkswagen cars. Used and new. They also can advise you how to fix your problem.

Bought a part for daughters car. They guaranteed it would work - it didnt. Its not even the part that its supposed to be and they dont really give a rip. $100 down the drain.
