Josh was a great guy to work with. I was not a sign and drive guy. He did work for me to get me in an affordable vehicle. I will refer Superior to my friends and family.

The employees were always nice to me. Friendly and personable. It may be because I made payments on time for the duration of my contract. They never had to press me about it. The vehicles are overpriced, but still comparable to other Buy Here/Pay Here companies.

Staff very helpful informational answered all my questions truthfully and when he didnt know the answer he was up front ..the business is great

Yes you pay more at this place but thats what happens when they take a chance on you when normal car dealers wont. Yes they will call the day of your payment but that is also do to the type of risk they take by selling someone a car when no one else will. I have been a day late on my payment before and as long as I called and explained and followed through they were nice about it. You pay a lot more at places like this because you cant go any where else and thats the price you pay.and if you make all your payments and pay it off it drastically helps your credit and you can go to a regular car dealer. Yes it sucks but if you need a car and can make your payments then you dont have a problem. If you go in and get a car you know you cant afford then your gonna have problems and thats your fault not theirs. And the vehicle I bought I have been driving for 3 years and never had a problem.

Vehicle was fine, but workers are awful to deal with. Once I had to work late and called them to tell them I would be in an hour later than I said I would and got my head bitten off. If you buy from them dont plan on ANY flexibility. They start calling you around noon the day your payment is due by 3 they start calling family. If your payment isnt there in the Dropbox next morning they use the set of keys they keep on hand to repo your ride. I paid on time or early for the first two years and a half years and this was still the way you are treated. It got to a point where I quit communicating with them all together as I was tired of their power trips and nasty attitudes. They get worse the closer you are to payoff. I have no one to blame but myself for paying triple blue book price for 3 years of drama and lectures from the payment dept. If I had to do over again I would have taken my down payment and bought a beater and taken the 300 + payment and improved my credit instead. Dont let them prey on your current circumstances the only guarantee is that you will be sorry. This will be my first, last and only experience with buy here pay here places.

Unfortunately I can’t give 0 stars. These people are horrible I have $600 left on my car and because couldn’t make a $75 payment on Friday after explaining to them I’ll have it Monday they said they’re going to come pick up my car. An absolute joke don’t ever buy a car from here! They’re also very rude and disrespectful!

Will never go back again Ive got cars there for 15 years and I pay on time never been told I owe more then what I do 😡
