Theres really no point in this store. Theyre not a full AT&T so you might as well just go to a Walmart or something. Unless youre getting a new phone they really cant do anything for you and 90% of the time theyll screw that up too. So youre better off going to best buy or something.
This was my third visit to the AT&T store. The first two were for questions. I was told that we could keep our old phones and get unlimited wireless & that we could keep our phone numbers that we have. We came in only to be told that hubbys phone was to old and wouldnt work. My phone would work but after inserting the new sim card, the phone wouldnt work, it was locked out. So I had to do an upgrade right then & there because of fraud protection, and I didnt even have the use of my phone. This upgrade cost me right on the spot. We werent allowed to keep our old numbers and I was there for three hours till everything was done. Several people who came in after me, left because we were taking so long. There was only one associate working.
This AT&T store has the worst customer service that I have experienced in quite some time.My first visit to address an issue about a week ago resulted in the employee not having any idea how to fix the issue thus his advice was to call AT&T. Oh yeah and the wait time, well I should have just blocked off my entire day to spend here.I went in today to give this location a second chance. I only wanted to pay my bill and about 1.5 hours later I’m still waiting to be helped. A customer that walked in after me was called over to the employee work station first even after that employee acknowledged me when I came in the store.Do not come here unless you want to spend more than an hour waiting mostly to be told to call AT&T with any issue outside of purchasing new equipment which you can only do if you have oh say the entire day blocked off to be at this store.Absolutely awful! Do not waste your time or money here. Spend it at a place where you can rely on the people and the product.

Some young kid was rude towards a 80 year old lady cause she couldn’t wear mask due to her health problems. The doctor Advised her not to wear the mask. He don’t even get out of his chair to greet us. This was May 11,2021

Only 1 associate available,waited almost 2 hrs.to purchase prepaid phone only to have her tell me they didnt have any in stock and I should go to walmart.Not a happy camper

If I could give negative stars, I would!My in-laws went into this store to get help setting up their new AT&T phone and the staff was rude and unhelpful!My in-laws are older and not tech savvy….I have filed a formal complaint with the head office.Hopefully AT&T will “clean house” and replace everyone with more helpful people.

Came to the Angola store on Friday and were turned away so they could close to go eat lunch. Short staffed or not order a pizza or something in youre a retail store you dont close for lunch. Came back Saturday and the girl was very rude and uneducated with AT&T policies and such. (Which we learned later when describing our experience to the Kendallville employees) so we said we would take our business elsewhere to which she said rudely, go ahead! We went to the Kendallville store bought all our stuff and had amazing service. Both employees were helpful and friendly. Maybe Angola can learn a thing or ten from the Kendallville store employees.

Terrible customer service! My elderly grandmother went in without a mask, explained she had health issues and couldn’t wear one. The rude customer service representative said she wasn’t welcome in the store and needed to leave immediately!! If I could leave negative stars I would!!
Really appreciate Oakley’s help, was transferring from another plan to prepaid and he stuck with me the whole time (he was on the phone around 2 hours). Thank you!

I will start by saying that I have nothing against the people that work in the store. AT&T is painfully expensive. I have called customer service and customer loyalty numerous times to try to lower my bill, fix data access issues, and service issues. Each time I end up on the phone for HOURS! My bill somehow INCREASES and my data access issue has NEVER been resolved (had my tablet for 2 years and it has never been able to access cellular data, a problem our other tablets dont have) and I just keep calling back. I think that the reception is great in this area for wireless. Directv is a huge ripoff. We are forced to pay $80/month to get the 6 channels that we watch. Somehow that also increased after calling TWICE to try and get it lowered. I have been with them since they were Centennial and the prices have just skyrocketed! I am shopping around. $500/month is INSANE!!!!!! I am a very UNHAPPY customer!
Weve been going to AT&T since it was originally Centennial. The prices are ridiculously high. Wait time is pretty long. Love the service we get here though. We always look forward to seeing Spencer. Hes been our go to guy the last few years and is always helpful. Probably wont stay much longer because of the cost though. ($200/month for 2 smartphones and a tablet).

Got new phone. First bill wrong and charged $50 too much. Very angry and just ready to dump AT&T. Jeremy was very helpful. Explained bill. Charged $30 for changing plans. Honest and said couldnt change that. He did get adjustment to overcharge on husbands phone. Waiting to c if company fails to give credit on next bill. Not happy with company, but very happy with Jeremys assistance
Angola store used to be a good store they were nice and helpful, until we traded in some phones to upgrade, they had us pay off the ones we were trading in, well we payed off the wrong ones, but it wasnt there fault as I was told several times so now i have to keep paying on phones that I dont own any more. AT&T as a whole is a good company just steer clear of the Angola store.... going to Auburn store from now on.
As far as cell phone store experiences go, our trip was good. Kayleigh was super helpful, patient and funny. Helped us get the upgrade we wanted with no fuss.

Upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy J3 because iphone had to have repair on it. Had the phone less than a month and had several problems, messaging, not getting texts, no service on it and wifi was wacky too. Anyways they would not work with me to get me new Samsung witch had less than a month, did not even offer. That was the last straw, back to verizon.

Spencer, one of the workers was very rude and told me I was the one that had made the mistake when it was clearly his fault. He then proceeded to tell me there was nothing that he could do about it. I would not recommend anyone to start a plan at at&t as talking to the costumer service representative got me nowhere as well.
