Id have to say one of the absolute best experiences Ive had with customer service. He advised me very well and got my S10 re activated. Tried getting it activated at Coldwater location 3 times but they misled me, Angola location got it on and working within 15-20 minutes. Very happy with my experience there today

Dan is a great salesman

Since theyve been sold to Direct Tv..and contracted to use T-Mobile signals for the next 5 years, the service especially in rural areas is horrible. Now as for this store, I was sent there by Boost Mobile to get a SIM card because a lot of the phones need the new T-Mobile SIM card.. they refused to sell me one unless I bought a brand new phone which I already had bought. The store is trying to make a profit by having me take this phone and return it and then buy the same phone from them to get the SIM card. I would stay away from Boost at this particular point in time and try a different carrier AT&T Cricket or Verizon for prepaid.
