Just went in for a phone recently. The manager, Matt, was more than helpful with the process. To start, he went the extra mile and looked for a promotions that could be applied to my purchase which saved my a ton. Second, even though the store was busy he made sure myself and the other customers were taken care of efficiently. Finally, he was just a friendly person who took the time to make conversation and promote a positive attitude.I Highly recommended this place.

Matt was absolutely amazing, first time in Angola store. Easy going, relaxing, not pushy, and willing listen!

This gentleman was extremely amazing!!! He was the only gentleman in the store. He took care of every customer in the store multi-tasking all of their specific needs with a smile under his masked face making sure everyone was comfortable. Excellent service. Very knowledgeable sales staff. Set up my phone and offered advice on all the ways to use my updated phone. Never hurried but spent the time graciously while helping me.

CeCe and Travis were amazing!

One employee at opening with at least 5-6 customer in lobby having to wait. I was the 2nd in line and had to wait at least 30 minutes and during that time 2 others left. Even one guy said it was his 3rd time there trying to get assistance and there was alway just one employee to help.

The employee took care of me right away and explained in detail what was happening with my phone and bill ... 👍

I’ve been to a bunch of Verizon’s and this is one of the nicer ones. Everybody is friendly and Jeremy was excellent at getting us hooked up with the right devices. he transferred all my stuff and everything is great! I actually get to say thanks, Verizon.

MaKayla was absolutely the best Verizon person we’ve experienced in years! She helped us all switch all 3 phones quick and effectively to apple! She was so helpful! Even tho there was a big line she didn’t make us feel rushed at all and helped answer all of our questions.

Jeremy is such a sweet boy. He always takes care of me and I’m just very pleased.. His Customer Service is very exceptional. The store is always clean and the people are great!

Overall great experience buying a new phone. Jermey was pretty knowledgeable on all the new tech and didn’t pressure any buys. You can still go in as long as you have a mask on.

I was in the store a few days ago and there were two girls working. They were both looking at their phones and I had to greet them before they looked at me. The dark haired girl Sammy I think asked me what I wanted and then rolled her eyes at me and acted like I was an inconvenience and rushed me out the door. I drove to Auburn and the nice boys there took care of my problem immediately.

Very nice place with easy access and excellent service. Cell Phone Tech, Stormy was quick and knowledgeable about the device and helped get phone transferred.

Angola is one of the busier stores Ive been too, but I was greeted walking in and helped in a timely fashion. I had the pleasure of working with Makayla, shes such a sweet young lady. I really enjoyed working with her and plan to make Angola my main location of business. Thanks for one of the better Verizon experiences!

I was having a really bad day because my charger broke and I couldn’t find one anywhere. so I stopped by Verizon and worked with Jeremy. It was a quick transaction but he was very funny! He lightened up the mood and my day is a lot better now, thank you.

I haven’t been in the store since coronavirus started but I broke my phone so I had to go in and I was disappointed. Customer service here isn’t what it used to be and the women working here talked more to each other then to me and they both had there masks on wrong and I am an elderly man and taking a risk to fix my phone. My problem was never fixed. Rushed out the door. Rude.

Heather Miliman was amazing. We went in on a Friday and seen her. She was a great help. Didnt have much time to complete what we needed. Came back on Saturday and she was awesome. Very helpful, got everything switched for us. Even called to help us transfer lines. I had problems later and called back to the store and she helped me. Her co workers were friendly and funny.

Came here because we were getting terrible service with another provider. Jeremy helped my family get set up with new phones on a plan and was thorough in explaining all the ins and outs as this was my parents first time with contract plans. All and all our experience switching to Verizon was a pleasant one, and Jeremys customer service skills were exceptional.

Setup new phones and switching service online thru Verizon. Requested to pickup in store instead of waiting for phones to come by mail. CSR in store was very rude. Insisted I had set a pin. At first I was embarrassed as I didnt recall doing so, or what pin was. She was no help and said I had to call Verizon customer service. I was on hold with customer service waiting for help for over half an hour with no answer. I reviewed email for pickup and it stated my id and card used to place order must be presented for pickup..OR Verizon pin. However, it was impossible for me to create a Verizon pin that rude csr insisted I had as it is required to have a Verizon account to do so. Well, Verizon understandably wont let a person create an account until one has service with them. After explaining to CSR she still was zero help. Asked her to cancel order. She stated she did. However, I continued to receive emails saying order ready for pickup. I called and she again lied saying she had canceled order...after waiting 4 days Verizon finally canceled order due to lack of pickup. NEVER will I consider Verizon again for service. Customer service totally lacked as Verizon customer service number stated 12 minute hold and I hung up after 30 minute plus hold without them answering. and store csr was rude and zero help...wouldnt fulfill order with proper docs presented per Verizon email confirming to pickup order.

Makayla was nice from start to finish and throughly explained everything to me in detail to help me get use to this new phone. She told me I could come back with an questions after I played around with it. I told her shes my new go to girl.

Sales rep Jeremy H was very polite but the other sales reps were disrespectful sending a customer home without helping him with what was needed and the other sat on her phone at the desk the whole time no one said hi or anything when we walked in as a sales rep for Verizon, Sprint, and AT&T I was not given the total for my transaction till the phone was activated and it was to late to turn back. Very unprofessional not satisfied with my service today.

Dirk at this Verizon location is the best. Very knowledgeable with every question we had. Wasnt pushy, but did tell us what all upgrades we were up for. His personality was great. We left there feeling like he spent the time with us we deserved. Looked at our plan and was able to save us money even with the purchase of a new phone. All around great experience and would recommend Dirk and this store to everyone!

Just called regarding Verizon existing plan and either adding a new S7 and keeping the old flip for emergencies or porting the flip to the S7. She said she was with a customer and I had to come into the store to discuss the myriad of options like blah-blah-blah. I already know these and I was trying to get comfy with dealing with this store. I will go to Fort Wayne where I trust their expertise. As a side note - I have dealt with them before and it is ying-yang: some are good and some beginners below par. They should try to keep the better reps.

Had to replace my sons phone and purchased a screen saver at the time of purchase. One of their fairly new employees applied it and cracked it in the process, which we didnt notice until we got home, because the employee had boxed it up. When we noticed it we immediately returned to the store for replacement. The assistant manager was working and when I explained the situation to him, he refused to replace, saying that I had dropped it and was extremely rude in his insinuation that I was lying to him. I am NOT a liar and will not tolerate being called one in as many words. I will never patronize this store again!!

Its nice. But only if youre looking to get a phone or contract.. but if you have a problem or need actual help its easier to just go to the store in Fort Wayne.

Called to asked if they would be open until 8. Lady said they would love to help if we showed up before then. We arrived before 8 and doors were locked and she acted as though she couldnt hear our knocking or see us. Just a lazy employee.
