They didn’t want me to leave to go back to New Jersey. Told them I had to go sadly, but they are awesome people. I wish I got everyone’s names, but they know who the guy is that came in 3 times over the last 3 days to buy Christmas gifts.

Just like any other Gamestop Ive been to. It has a pretty good selection of games & other things as well. The employee there was attentive & store was clean & organized. I was surprised to see one of the Monster Hunter Amiibos here! Probably because this location seems to be kinda hidden in a older Ann Arbor stip mall. So possibly one of the less frequented Gamestops lol

Nice customer service! I arrived close to closing time to pick up an online order just to realize I have headed to the wrong store, Benjamin at the register immediately checked the stock, suggested me to buy a copy on the spot and offered to call the store to cancel my order for me. So basically because of Benjamin I saved a trip to another store, and pretty much right after I left I got an email about my order in the other store being cancelled, thanks again Benjamin! (I hope this is your name, its the one on my receipt)

Love the honesty of staff regarding the quality of games

The service at this location has significantly improved. Management and the staff seem to be on to of everything more often, theyre informed, knowledgeable, and move quickly.I was thoroughly impressed with our most recent visits to GameStop on Eisenhower Pkwy, in the Cranbrook Plaza.

Was in line (4th to be exact) waiting for the series X and did enough research to know that they should have more than 2 series and one series X. Was told they were all out, but looked shady because there were people who knew the associates who skipped the line and went in for “pre-orders”. Little did they know, I over heard one of them say they didn’t have a pre-order, even though they went in before those of us who have been waiting hours. I will be making efforts to reach a corporate higher up to find out what there true inventory was that day for that location and have some give explanation for the misrepresentation.

Walk in younger male helping customer at counter. Another girl walking around couldnt have been less interested in helping. So we aked her for help. she said ill go in back and look for you. 10 minutes later she still just in the back talking to another worker not once bringing up what we asked about because we could hear the whole conversation. Want to know why your going out of business gamestop because i can get better customer service online from a conluter.

My husband tried for Quite some time to call the store onEisenhower in Ann Arbor and it would ring then said all service reps are busy please try again later. They cant be that busy.

Awful customer service- we love gamestop but we prefer to take the extra time to go to the location in Jackson as the customer service is superior compared to Ann Arbor location.

I paid for a gaming console over 24 hours ago online, due to person to person restrictions. I was told that after I made my purchase, I just come up there, show my ID, and get my system. I purchased the item, received an email saying it was ready to be picked up, but, when I went to pick it up, they told me they dont see my purchase in their system. So, game stop took my money out of my account, was told it will take 7 days to get a refund if the product hasnt been picked up, and.....I held on the phone for 2 1/2 hours to talk to customer service....Im Very Disappointed, and Frustrated. Thanks!

Chris helps me understand when to get into a new title, and when to get out. He is very helpful with all my gaming needs. Hope he stays at this location for a long time. One of the only reason I go to this one! Thanks for the customer service!

They are friendly in person, but they flat out ignore their phone calls. Been trying to reach them for days since they called about a game we ordered. Now they wont answer and even told my brother before they dont care about the phone smh work on that.

Gamestop workers are the best! They understand my weird obsession with my collection. 😂 I collect fugglers and they are more than happy to help me find more. I put a pre-order in for one that doesnt have a picture or release date.

Was my home store but i am changing this. Store doesnt honor posted store hours. Website and hours posted on store front state 10 am opening time. Now its almost noon and still no sign of employees. Fed ex and ups have both tried to deliver but no one to recieve shipment. If they were going to change store hours a simple posting would have been sufficient but I now see the importance of the customer to this store, none!!!!!!!

Im not from this area but went in as my Xbox 360 rechargeable batteries didnt work on my week long work trip. I didnt have any other way to play. So I went in with the intention to buy a new rechargeable battery. The employee was knowledgeable and helped me out within a minute of walking in. I asked if they sold the regular backs to put batteries in and he told me they have a full drawer of them and just gave me one saving me $20. Ill stop in and spend some money next time Im in town. Even if I dont need anything it was way too good of an experience to not go back.

Setting aside what you feel about Gamestop as a company, as off 2/23/17, the current staff rocks. A group of diverse gamers who truly care about their customers and making sure that video games are a respected and enjoyed passion in all their interactions. Never have I felt more valued as a customer than some of the amazing staff such as Yasha, Paula, Jeff, and many more.

Its a Gamespot.... For all the salty, neckbeards or fourteen year olds who didnt receive a rated M game its a respectable spot to buy from. In my experience every Gamespot has a similar experience and this location in particular has very experienced employees who can assist any mothers or fathers unknown to the hottest realeases for their childs Xmas experience.

LIARS.My wife went out of her way twice today (I just had foot and Achilles surgery) to go to GameStop and order the $90 Croft edition FOR Shadow of the tomb raider...she went in with the repciet and they gave us the wrong one (keep in mind we are not well off and not only has she been helping me through my surgery every waking minute she isn’t at work, but she also has a very strenuous job). This is for the 9pm release after we had fully paid at 5pm... I call the store back but they are not picking up the phone. So I call corporate and they say don’t open it or that’s the one we are stuck with the $60 version. So not only did my wife go out of her way twice to do something nice but I can’t even play because I can’t open the game ( I was really looking forward to it too because I am in constant pain). So she had the repciet and asked the guy if it was the right game and he says trust me it’s the right one.... they took advantage of her and gave us the cheaper version and then were not allowed to open it and if we do they stole $30 from us. We’re getting a call from the area manager tomorrow but they wasted our time, gave us the wrong version, of the game, lies to us and tried to steal our money while taking advantage of my wife who isn’t a gamer....what kind of business is that???

I purchased a PS4 from Gamestop in Cranbrook Village. Unfortunately, when I got home to try out my newly acquired PS4 I found that the controller interface was defective. Without making me feel like a criminal, or like I was doing something wrong, Zach (I hope that is the correct spelling) switched my console out for one that works perfectly. This is the second great experience I had at this Gamestop in a month. Zach, if you are reading this, thank you for being very professional and understanding. I highly recommend buying all your gaming equipment from this Gamestop.

Ive only visited this store a couple times bc Im new to the area but its one of the better GameStop locations. Customer service was good but had an issue with an employee telling me things that werent true to try and get me to preorder a game. It is what it is but otherwise customer service was solid. The thing I enjoy most is the size of the store. Plenty of room to move around without feeling constrained. Most gamestops dont give customers that luxery

Took my son in tonight to buy pre-owned games. He bought 2. One game was unreadable on our xbox 360 console (yes, it is an xbox 360 game). For the other game, the case said Fallout 3, but the disc was an add on. The wrong disc was in the case. My son was so excited to go home and play a new game, but couldnt play either one

Horrible horrible horrible! Bought a hard drive for my Xbox 360. I followed all procedures for installment and plugged it in. The hard drive crashed my Xbox and it will not turn on. On top of that, they refused to do anything for it!!! Dont bother here.

I went to this gamstop 3 times in 2 days to get a replacement for a game that I got from them that was chipped, I came back the same day and got replacement copy and got it with deep scratches that wouldnt load the game, the third time I came to them was the very next day to get another replacement disc and the person gave me another replace ment disc and when I got home I opened up the case and it turns out they gave me the same game on a different console from the one I asked them.

Do not buy any controllers over there because you can not return it.If you don’t like it, you can not return it.
