Listen… the better you treat your employees, the better the morale of the store! This will reflect how well your store will do! You can’t expect people who get treated like second class citizens to perform well! Management should go through sensitivity training. I’m honestly appalled at how some of your employees and ex employees have been and are being treated.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, archaic return policy, misrepresentation of products and warranties, repeated attempts to access my account after purchase from this locations, terrible management (Chris M)>20 negative reviews about Chris M over the last 3 months, with zero positive reviews.You value my business? What actions have you taken? Seems like a lot of people in the comments are pointing the finger at a specific person. I filed a complaint a week ago, was told I would hear something back in 48hrs, still waiting....3wks still waiting.
Nick is awesome! He was able to transfer data/info from my old phone to my new one without any trouble. He was helpful, personable, and has an excellent sense of humor! I cant say enough how awesome my experience was, thanks again, Nick!
My daughter and I stopped in for some help with her iphone 11 and it was wonderful to be greeted by Devon. She was efficient, thorough, and very accommodating. Devon went above and beyond to attend to our needs, she was extremely informative! I would recommend stopping in to the Zeeb Rd. Ann Arbor Verizon location and asking for Devon!

The manger Chris don’t care about his employees health. He’ll make them come to work if you have to have a surgery for cancer and even make you come to work if you have COVID. So, if you came to the store in the last 2 weeks you might wanna go get tested. Don’t support this location just go to another one. And Chris....DO BETTER 🗣
As a Verizon customer for almost 10 years … I find this very disappointing… You can not retain good customers without appreciating your team of employees. Internal customer service is just as important as your external customer service and bad treatment always trickles down. Christopher Mundy.. I don’t know who trained you, but your management skills leaves a lot to be considered in me and my family remaining Verizon customers. I’m also forwarding this review and situation to Verizon wireless. They need to know how gowireless is representing their corporation.
In the past when I stopped here for help with an odd phone issue, Matthew was knowledgeable and efficient as other reviewers said, also patient about explaining the situation and teaching me how to analyze it.So recently when my new Pixel phone had a frustrating technical problem, I came in again hoping for efficient help, and was sorry to find out that Matthew had moved.But Yay! Not to worry. Devon was great! She listened to my questions, asked me some questions to verify that she understood my description, and suggested a couple of solutions with the pro and con of each so I knew what to base my choice on. Her colleague, on hold on the phone for another customer, also made a suggestion for me while he was waiting because he had heard our discussion .They were both professional and thought outside the box to figure out the best solution *for me*. Although there is a Verizon store closer to me, driving a little farther to this GoWireless store is worth it for the technically adept - and friendly - help.

The manager, Christopher Mundy, is the anti-Christ. Just horrible. He deserves to be fired, but the company itself endorses this kind of behavior so Verizon, you also need to do wayyyyyy better.
I went to the Verizon store on Zeeb Rd. in Ann Arbor, MI. & Devon took care of all of my issues and also helped me save money. She was helpful beyond helpful. She is knowledgeable, can multitask and is able to offer assistance due to her expertise to navigate the Verizon system. She is extremely personable and knows the definition of customer service & care. In a perfect world, this type of professional treatment should always be what people strive to achieve.

I went in to get a new phone and a man I belive to be named Chistopher Mundy asked what i was looking for. I told the seemingly kind man that i was looking to upgrade to a phone with better service and storage. He then said that it might be out of my price range, and when i asked why he said that people of my kind shouldnt have nice things anyway. Appauled, i went to the exit but before I could make it, he grabbed me, coughed in my face, spit on me, and threw me out onto the pavement. It was the worst, most dehumanizing experience of my life. Pls, if you are of color, do not go here
The worst and I mean THE WORST Verizon store EEEEVVVEEERRRR.!!!!. MUNDY Threw my phone after I asked him could it be fixed after throwing the phone he said not anymore and laughed..then proceeded to tie a collar around my neck and dog walk me out the store…it is really some psycho people in this world.
Went in here had lots of questions and Devon was great. She answered all my questions and helped me with everything I needed. Ive never had such great service in a phone store before. I will shop here for now on. If you need help or have questions ask for Devon she is amazing.
I tried to make a return and the manager Chris was so rude. I have never been treated so coldly by any phone store.

Staff was friendly, but I have been waiting for over a month for a credit on a charge cable I returned. Emails to the person that waited on me, store visits where they told me they would look into it... and no action. I even went as far on one email and asked for the item I returned to be given back so I’d at least have something for my money even if I didn’t have a use for it. Very frustrating!!!2/21/21 Update. I was back in the store 2 weeks ago. Staff told me that the return had to be verified by the franchise owner by verifying I brought the item back thru video review... they couldn’t do it on their own. I am still waiting for this credit for an item I took back before Christmas. Beware... do not purchase anything that you might bring back... you’ll be left holding the bag.

Manager kept aggressively pointing at his inner elbow and yelling sheesh during the transaction. When I asked for his name, he referred to himself as Deez. Overall confusing experience, would not go again.
Visited looking a suprise gift for my daughter. When I called and a real person answered the phone which was worth 5 starts alone. They had the item in stock (we have been looking for the item for a week). I went and the sales rep took excellent care of me. Would recommend this location for anyone looking for superior customer service.

Devon went above and beyond helping me get a new phone. I have NEVER had anyone look deeply into saving me money with my monthly bill as she had. During this pandemic she gracefully handled the people in the store solely.I had an issue with storage with my new phone, I called and Devon said she would be there early and she would help me with my issue before her official working day started!Took care of my storage issue as promised...This type of work ethic is hard to come by in this day and age, I surely hope Devon is recognized as a superior employee and gets rewarded well for her outstanding service.
After trying several attempts to get our screen protectors replaced we stopped here for one final try... Devon was awesome!! She is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! Will be seeing her for all our future needs

She specifically showed me a service that she actually has for her family plan personally and that added more value because of her experience! Devon resolved our promlems on two separate phones. Our phones, in truth, need to be replaced and as such were causing us great grief. She worked as a tech sleuth to get both phones up and working. In a couple of months we will have Devon help us select new phones that will fit our needs. It is nice to know that such a competent and patient person is available to help diagnose and resolve our cellphone issues

Matt (with the long dark beard) was SUPER helpful! He was helping us with our problem while juggling SEVERAL other customers AND phones, and being the ONLY employee in the store, he did a magnificent job. Unfortunately, our issue was a technical one that even the tier 2 tech support couldnt solve because of the phone we had. But Matt gave a HUGELY VALIANT effort and was very pleasant and friendly the whole time!
UPDATE on 1/13/2021: I had another opportunity to experience excellent customer service today at this store. Devon helped me make some adjustments to our account. She was extremely helpful and we will definitely return to the store when we need new phones!HIGHLY recommended. Matt and Richard are warm and welcoming and highly skilled. They not only know their products but they helped us with a problem with another vendor and they MADE OUR DAY. Kudos to this store management and staff for presenting the top quality customer service weve come to expect from Verizon for many years. Thank you! Awesome store! Walked in needing to switch carriers and get new phones. We were expecting the usual 2-3 hours it takes at the sprint store and instead Keegan hooked us up with a great deal on 2 iPhone 11’s and unlimited plans and had us on the way in under 20 minutes - including cases and screen protectors and phones already provisioned!!!

Walked in on a hot afternoon and met the coolest staff in phone sales. Megan worked on troubleshooting my old Turbo 2 as a browsed in the store. After a few moments we found that my tired old device would need replacement. She enlisted the help of another associate to help go over my options. Without any pressure they assisted me in picking out a new phone that fit my needs and budget. Megan helped me pick out accessories while a third staff member got my new one ready to go. Great staff, great experience 5 stars. Thanks .

I’ve had exceptional service from this location with Caruso in the past, however today was different. I walk in to a new guy named Trevius (looking at his phone while walking towards the counter) who sees me walk in with my children, avoids eye contact until I reach the counter then (again avoiding eye contact, looking at his phone still) asks me in a muffled voice, what brings you in? I said hi, is Beard (Caruso) in? No, he’s off. Okay, so I go on to explain to him that I need my case and screen replaced only for him to cut me off and ask me how long I’ve had the case, because we only replace cases 14 days from the purchase date. Then I explain to him I bought into a warranty program when I purchased the phone that replaces the case and screen protectors only to again be cut off and be told that he knows the policy and I don’t. I tried to explain to him again that this wasn’t my first time getting my case or screen protector replaced under this program and that this would be my third time and I’ve had other representatives help me. I was met with confrontation and animosity instead of even being asked to pull up my account. As a loyal Verizon & Go wireless customer I don’t need this in my life. The amount of money I pay each month for our family plan doesn’t warrant this type of service. I’m not sure if Trevius needs to be retrained in customer service or simply not work in the service industry, however I hope the next customer doesn’t experience what my children and I just experienced.
Great experience with Jake and Matthew. Store was 4 deep in customers and watched these guys help everyone thoroughly and generously. Once it was my turn my patience paid off. They spent lots of time with me and helped transfer some recent valuable photos that I would have hated to lose. I’ll be back here again for sure. Friendly guys that were very helpful.

I had an excellent experience here. Matt was helping me and did a wonderful job explaining everything I had questions about. I asked so many questions and often the same one several times and he was extremely patient and helpful in guiding me towards a phone best suited for my needs. I was very concerned about being taken advantage of with the fees and insurance, as that has happened a lot in the past with other establishments, but the guys there today were extremely transparent with the fees and plans and the costs of everything. I had an extremely good experience and will definitely go back to this location next time I need something from Verizon!

Matthew with a beard was a huge help during an ordeal with an in-store pickup that Verizon corporate messed up. He went above and beyond, even staying almost an hour past close, to help me get it straightened out so that I could walk out the door with a new phone for my son!! Ive gotten my last couple phones from this location. The staff is knowledgeable about the products they sell and the service has always been quality on every visit. If anything was wrong, the staff were quick to correct any concerns I had. Matt and Jon were both very helpful. Ill continue to return to this store for any Verizon business they can help with.

Its true. Matt and Mazin actually make the process of switching providers and phones + all related headaches as painless and close to fun as is legally acceptable in their business! They are obviously not getting the industry memo that they are supposed to be as confusing and unhelpful as possible. Honest and straightforward. Matt even put off eating a pretty great dinner to help us out promptly. What more can you ask for?

Im not over exaggerating when I say I have gone in the store 3 different times to get a screen protector. And after constantly being told someone will call me when they have some in for my Google pixel 3 xl, I still yet have gotten a phone call even after being told, i will 100% make sure to call you back by the end of the day.Extremely disappointed.

On 8/9/18 we stopped at the Zeeb Rd Verizon for some assistance with the hearing impaired options. Blake, the store manager, was an enormous help. Also, he did not make a sales pitch but he did let us know some options to improving my husband’s ability to use a cell phone. To my delight I was embraced by Matthew, who was patient, knowledgable, and a marvelous teacher. The last thing he said as I gathered my tote, cell phone and notes: please do not hesitate to come back, if you have any questions.Hours later, I was unable to re-enter, correct and re-send my Health History Form, I thought I had sucessfully made. Since Matthew, sent me off with such a kind offer, I was not feeling timid to bring my questions back.Matthew was engaged with two clients. Came in tonight to buy my husband a new flip phone. (I washed his old one by accident) We worked with Alix. We were in an out of the store with a working phone in half an hour. Alix got the new phone all setup and showed us how to re-enter our contacts, use the vm and camera. We really enjoyed working with her, very helpful, kind and fun to work with. My phone broke and the guy helping was honest in saying that it would probably cost just as much to fix it than buy out my old phone and get a new one. He helped me choose a new phone with a longer battery life which I needed! They were very nice!
