Yesterday afternoon after a long day at work and on the way to church and I needed gas. I went to this Sunoco between 5 pm and 5:30 to get gas and buy a couple things. I paid over $30 for gas and then I paid over $10 for a couple items and they wanted cash if it was under $10. I tried to address the issue very nicely and the employee working there was very rude and making fun of me. And when I had a chance I got to read all the ratings And I’m not impressed with this place like others who gave bad ratings. I know gas stations all over and this is the worst one in my 39 years of experience going to gas stations. When I was leaving that employee made fun of me. I can understand from other customers how difficult and rude this place is. I wouldn’t recommend doing any business with this company it’s a complete rip off And I don’t feel sorry for it if someone else buys it or it goes out of business.

Great store but bathroom has no toilet paper, hand soap, or hand towel.Customer service is not good either. Hope these things gets taken care off

The inspection person wasTerrible and despicable

Got safety inspection here. Nice folks.

Went for my brakes and they informed me that the rear needed new brake pads AND rotors but the front was fine. They serviced my car and as I was driving home the noise I initially went in for, resurfaced. I went back to the shop the next day and the original mechanic was busy so I told the other guy my situation and after not even 2 seconds he tells me itll be $350 (doesn’t confirm the issue) which is almost twice what I paid for the first time around. He sees that I’m frustrated and continues to makes sleazy jokes. The lady in the office is rude and when she saw me walking in she kept acting busy and passing me off to the next person. This place is unprofessional, sketch and just wouldn’t recommend. When I say I rarely write reviews, believe me! I just can’t let someone else go through what I did.

No notification that pumps are not accepting safeway gas rewards

I went to this place for inspection and they dont even ask for the suggestion really hate this place...

They charged for a service they did not perform, which I found out only because I visited another shop a few days later.

The didn’t let me to use the restroom..

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE SHOP WILL CHARGE FOR WORK THEY HAVENT DONE TO YOUR CAR. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND AVOID THIS PLACE.
