Best place to get your car serviced. Always takes car of my car and relatives cars here. Vincent is amazing. They will not give you inflated prices or push repairs your car does not need. Any issues with the repair, you can bring it back, no problems.

Being going to this station for over 10 years, but no longer doing so. The guy at the counter yells at you if you want to buy something while he is watching a video on his phone.

Gas is cheaper, but usually my tank takes 12+ gallons in other gas station, in this one takes 14.+ gallons. machines are not tested very often, i saw the last date checked was 2019, 2020 no inspected and who knows when the dept of agriculture will come to inspect them again. 😕😕😕

I requested both emissions and safety inspections for my vehicle. They performed only the safety inspection and not the emissions inspection. If you do decide to go to this station triple check that everything you have requested has been performed.

This Shell station is always packed because they really do have the cheapest gas in Annandale. Be careful at the pump though, this is the only place Ive ever had gas come pouring out of my car because the pump didnt automatically cut off, and its happened a couple of times.

Ive been taking all three of my familys cars here for the past three years and its been a blessing. The mechanics are honest and efficient. This is the biggest relief because every where else Ive gone theyve tried to manipulate a girl into getting car services I never needed or overcharged me. The older man at the reception is extremely kind and helpful. The young Korean guy is just as sweet ( he ones changed my headlights himself so that I could avoid the wait) I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for honest, efficient and affordable services.

I want to give this Shell gas station a very good review but I am extremely DISAPPOINTED with the service they gave for my car. Vincent (the guy you would talk to 99% of the time) is a great guy, very nice and comforting to talk to. Might I add understanding and civil as well but I had hope he could understand his customers much much better...I am not a rich individual who can just toss any amount of money out of nowhere but I sure as heck spent a lot. My car wasnt producing cold air so I wanted to get it checked. Turns out I need my air conditioner compressor replaced. Fortunately this shop gave me the best quote at $750 whereas other places was around $900-1,300. So I went with it. They needed my car the entire day. So I dropped it off in the morning paid the $750 + tax and picked it up around 7pm. I am not going to lie and say this but upon getting my car the AC was WEAK! Since the mechanics are gone, I had to come back another day. So the next day I had to drop it off again and what do you know, they needed to fix my car the entire day AGAIN! Turns out they didnt fix the AC system right because theres metallic particles inside preventing the cooling to circulate. They then had the audacity to tell me it wasnt supposed to be $750 but more but since they made a mistake, it was compensated.Guess what. After a month, the AC didnt work AGAIN!!! So since I paid an amount close to $1,000 I had to take it back to the shop. Likewise, they needed to look at it for almost half the day. I didnt expect something so bad but unfortunately, the AC condenser wasnt operating well. The fan was to weak so the car doesnt get cold. They told me itll be $300 for the part and labor. Man at this point I just had enough BS. I pretty much am about to spend more than $1,000. I had to rethink and see if there is another shop elsewhere that would fix my condenser for cheap. To make matters worse, this Shell station left me with a very hot car without the AC working. Its summer, the temperature goes from 85-90+ degrees.So upon contemplating if I want to pay the $300 my friend told me he knows someone who can take a look at my car. So I went. The mechanic told me it was very low on freon so he charged it for me free. So guess what, apparently the Shell gas station was SO FREAKING CHEAP, they did not even charge my freon. They let me get roasted inside my car so I can force myself to pay them and get my car fixed. Well I am not that stupid and they need to treat their customers right. You cant play them like a fool. Just because they dont know how to repair their car doesnt mean youll take advantage of them by charging them exuberant amount of money for a quick fix.The AC compressor was only around $100-170, labor was $600+ ideal repair time 2-3 hoursThe AC condenser was only around $50-80, labor was $250+ ideal repair time 1 hourTo the people who can see this. Please read this review carefully. Be wise enough and just dont say yes to everything.

This is a family-owned business run akin to the way service stations used to operate: courteous and friendly service, quality work, at a very reasonable price. These folks are honest and trustworthy and I trust them with all three of my vehicles. Highly recommend

The most disrespectful people i met in service centers.Both Sayed and More were playing football with me sending me from one to the other.It wasnt even a big thing i asked them for but for the safety of mine and others in the street i didnt want to drive my car like that..Never recommend this to anybody

I have been taking my Honda Fit and Toyota Yaris here since we moved to VA in 2009. We have never had a problem with this service station. They are SUPER prompt, courteous, and, in my experience both fair and reliable. Yes, it is sometimes a little difficult to understand the employees, but they have no problem understanding what I need done.

I dunno why but theres a lot of cars here always. I go here for cheap gas. :)

I bring all of our vehicles here to be serviced and repaired. Great service and price! The pricing is at least 50% less than the dealership price and they only do what is needed unlike the dealerships where they add on unnecessary work to gouge the customers.

This gas station consistently offers gas for a rock bottom price. The facilities could be cleaner. I cant comment on service.

Be aware!! I did the safefy inspection there and they broke top of the plastic dashboard while they were changing the sticker. I noticed it as soon as I picked up the car but they were denying it and made it sounds like I was trying to take the money. Very irresponsible and unprofessional!! I wouldnt recommend anyone to service the vehicle at this place. Stay away!!

I drive 7 miles to get gas from this station ... mainly because of their friendly staff. I also have all my vehicle issues taken care of here.

Horrible service. Took my car there for stalling issue. I end of replacing alternation and air valve but not solving the stalling problem. They did not even look at my car for 3-4 hours until I complained about it . Had check engine light on, they did not fix the issue. Instead they just reset the light. They misdiagnose my car and I end up paying 550 on repairs that did not fix the problem. THESE GUYS ARE TOO BUSY DOING INSPECTIONS THAN REPAIRS. What a scam. Never take your car there for repairs. I should have took my car to my other Korean mechanic. When I told Vicent the intake person the problem, you had nothing to say. I took my car three times. The last time, the mechanic stated he needed my car two days to find out what was wrong with it. I was so pissed. I learned my lesson not to take my car there.

Place was okay. Slow to service and unclear english. If no one has recommended another place to go for service, this MAY be a good backup plan. I must add though that I witnessed their mechanic replacing a car lightbulb, and upon completion, literally kicked the dead bulb across the parking lot so it would shatter and scatter all over the place. Blatant littering...terrible.

Cheapest place in Annandale area. Synthetic oil change was $50 for my cr-v and regular oil change was $20 for civic.
