Run-down dive of a store. One of the employees is particularly surly all the time. Especially to white customers.

Went in to get scratch offs while my granddaughter and her friend went to the hair store. They do have pretty reasonable wine prices

This liquor store is open later than all of the others that I know of in Annapolis. The only downside is it can be tricky to get in and out of if you are going in the opposite direction.
