Good prices and selection and happy workers!! Its out of my way now since I moved but I still stop by when I can. Theres one 24oz they have I cant find anywhere else.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They actually remember what you purchase, if its behind the counter, and automatically have it ready when you step up to the counter. Obviously unless you tell them something different.Great store, great selection of beers, other refrigerated products like hard seltzer, wine, and liquors.Only place I go to unless Im not in the vicinity.

It was fine. Theres another liquor store down the road that has a much better selection, seems safer, and the parking lot doesnt smell like piss. But not bad.

I don’t drink and haven’t for 30+ years. I didn’t go to Parole Liquors. I may have used the lot to send a text. I did notice the lot had a bunch of potholes. If Parole is charging high prices and not getting the lot fixed you might want to find a discount liquor distributor or maybe an AA meeting.

I went in this liquor store to buy a couple bottles of wine. The price on the bottles were 9.99. I went up to pay and the guy said they had the wrong price on the bottle. I asked how much were they, he said 12.99/ bottle. I told him I wanted them for the price that was on the bottle. He was very hesitant, and reluctantly gave them to me for the price on the bottle. Will never go there again.

Very quick service and convenient

Atrocious parking lot, tons of potholes, no smooth pavement. No posted return policy whatsoever. I bought two twelve dollar six packs of beer on the way home from work at 11:30pm on a Tuesday night. When I got home from work I was told that I purchased the wrong thing. So on Wednesday morning I brought them back to the store still in the bags they were put in, with my reciept and was told by a man calling himself Mike that I could not exchange them because I could have emptied the bottles and filled them with something else and then returned them. But the lids were still on all of the bottles and they require a bottle opener to remove (ie, not twist-off style). I asked if the return policy was posted anywhere and he told me that they dont post anything because people wont read it, despite the fact that there are postings ALL OVER the store explaining the credit card limit, and the dress code, etc. I asked him how I was supposed to know that there were no returns if there is no posted return policy and he told me that its my responsibility to ask at the point of purchase. That doesnt sound accurate so I went to file a complaint with the BBB but Parole Liquors is not a business that is in their database, which I find very suspicious. I can still file a complaint (and I will) but it will just require more information.
