Best tire prices around but the service does suck!Had to back twice for them to set everything right!

Went in to see if they could do a quick flat tire repair, they quoted me an hour and 30 minutes. 2 hours went by and they finally finished. The staff seemed aggravated that I came in at all. Charged me $35 for it all and all.

Very disappointed in their service. My technician, Ryan, seemed more interested in flirting with the female employees than actually finishing my car. One of the employees also spilled their beverage on the driver’s seat, and the man on the phone was very rude when I called to complain. My AC has been broken for over a year now and they told me it was fine, which is not true.When my daughter brought her car in a month ago for an oil change, the car she got back smelled suspiciously of vape pen and there were very inappropriate songs on the radio.You’d be better off hiring shady service from Craigslist for twenty bucks

I have been to this automotive center twice and have left both times disappointed. First time I was in to ask about a set of tires. I asked after receiving the quote if the man could check his system for financing through Walmart credit. He was rude and refused to look. He only told me to go online and dismissed me.The next time I went to drop of some used oil for recycling. I was told they could not take more than 5 quarts per day. I have been to other Walmarts (even this one 3 months ago) and it has never had a problem before. I got no explanation just dismissed again. The entire automotive crew has been replaced by kids Boys and girls that I would NEVER trust with my car. One star rating is too much for this Walmart half star would be better.There are many other reason also that I cant go into right now.

It took him an hour and a half to change two tires once they got them off my car.

I’ve never seen such bad customer service. I work as a car installer and I get that times aren’t always 100% accurate. But when they said that the appointment would only take about an hour, and then an hour and a half after that I’m told it’s going to be at least another 30 minutes that’s not ok. I didn’t get a call to be told it would be longer, and the guy at the desk was so rude. He made it sound like it was my fault and that he couldn’t do anything about it. He seemed stressed so he could’ve just been having a bad day. But that’s still not acceptable. As some one else who works in customer service with Car electronics, it’s always important to keep the client informed of the duration of the appointment. I’m surprised that people can get away with the way they speak to their clients. And I wasn’t the only one he talked like that to. There were 2 other clients he spoke like that with. Again, not the attitude I expected when I’ve been waiting almost 2 hours for an appointment they told me would take 1.

My first experience at Walmart automotive wasnt the best. I was not acknowledged and the man completely disregarded me.When I came in and spoke with Erin, she was fantastic and extremely helpful. I changed my review because for her. Definitely speak with Erin and youll get amazing service.

Went there for an oil change, 3 guys working away in the shop 1 young woman at the desk. I asked for an oil change and she said I needed to wait to speak to one of the men in the shop. I waited 15 minutes and no one came to help... what I dont understand is the purpose of the woman. she was not doing anything did not even push 1 key on the computer. never moved off the stool, no other customers in site. so after waiting the 15+ minutes I decided to go down the road for better service.

Was told I wasn’t able to get my two tires put on because of my AWD, they’d have to put 4. I only ordered 2 and it took a week for them to get there, but I had a spare and needed it changed. I was confused and frustrated about not getting my tires put on, but they explained to me that it was policy and they were able to do it. The workers gave other options they’d be able to do to help me out. I spoke to Mitchell and the manager (didn’t see his name anywhere, unfortunately), and they calmly explained to me what they were able to do. They were very nice, understanding, and accommodating. I appreciate the things they helped with when it came to my car. The price was cheap and the wait wasn’t too long!

Walmart has made it very clear that they value speedy, shotty work over quality care thats takes a little more time. Even esteemed mechanics well respected by all their colleagues will be let go for being too slow. Plus they vacuum up your oil which is very unhealthy for all cars, its just common sense.

Good price. Slow to get b it done though. Several employees who should have been working on it were just standing around talking for over 10 minutes straight at one point. They also forgot to put my hub caps back on. Had to drive back from Milwaukee to get them, manager did compensate me but worth noting details are not their strong point.

They were very professional and fast. They understood a lot of what I meant (even though my communication skills are lacking).

When I walked into the service station area there were 4 employees working, 3 at the computer and 1 in the shop with 1 car in the shop.. I asked for an oil change and of the three at the computer said it will be at least a one hour wait for an oil change? So I said no thanks my wife is shopping in the store. So I parked by the quick Lube while I waited 35min for my wife to text she is ready to get picked up... Not a single car entered the shop for 35 minutes while I waited.... Plenty of time to change to change the oil in my car.. poor service

If youre expecting a full service shop that can fix anything on your car this is NOT the place for you. But if you just need an oil change or maybe a tire replaced and you have a some time to wait then its not a bad place to go. Just remember you get what you pay for.

Let me start out by saying I typically dont leave negative reviews but this one deserves the shame for lack of a better term.Service by the techs was decent, but the customer facing staff was atrocious.I got new tires installed and an oil change at this location. The tire installation went as planned, but was told by a manager that they dont cary the oil filter for my vehicle. So, I had to go out of my way to go to an auto parts store to get the filter and run back.After the service was completed, I was told I would receive a call to come pick my vehicle up. This wasnt the case. I came back to the store 3 hours later to only be greeted by the same manager informing me that I should have gotten said call and passed the buck off to another employee.As an individual who works a customer service retail position, I would say that the upper management is to blame. Dan, the manager who was aforementioned previously, was one of the most incompetent individuals I have ever met.Long story short; as an individual working a customer facing retail position, Ill never be purchasing automotive services from this store again.

I was absolutely impressed with the care I received here. I even called the manager to let them know how wonderful of service I got - met and EXCEEDED my expectations.All for a great, standard Wal-Mart price.

Ordered 3 tires online so I just needed to get them put on. Went there on a tuesday to see if they could get it done, was told itd be about an hour until they could actually get my car in, 2 1/2 hours later still didnt get my car in, so I gave up and said Id be back another day. So went there on a saturday, was told itd be 3-4 hours before they could get my car in. 6 hours go by, so called them to see if car was done, it was, but never recieved a phone call letting me know this. Went to pick it up, drive out of the parking lot and now there is an extremely loud grinding noise! Horrible service, workers have no clue what they are doing and take their sweet time to do anything, understaffed. Manager just stands around watching. NEVER EVER will I give them business again. 🤬

My husband Jeep wouldnt start and he needed a new battery. The young man at the counter was extremely helpful and accommodating ... He was so nice.

I went in to get a quote on tires for my vehicle and the man behind the counter asked for tire size, I said I dont know that but I know make and model. He then said rather loud, Give her a cookie! I told him that I could just leave. He then seemed to change his attitude and was speaking to me like a person. Not down to me. Regardless it was rude and hurtful. Not getting tires from them.

Horrible experiences they claimed 2 claimed 2 hub caps were loose never told us but put it in the work order. Will never go there again

Just came back because I just really need to explain how badly Wal-Mart messed up last year. It took 2 hours just to receive a replacement key for a 2001 Chevrolet Impala, and the key didnt even function properly. Huge dissapointment. Also, they fired Ryan S. which was the final nail on the coffin for me.

Slow ...3 workers standing around told 2-3 hours for 2 new tires seemed a bit much not overly impressed

BOTTOM LINE... SKIP THIS PLACE! 5 people working, 3 cars in the shop, I waited 15 mins to even be greated, during this 15 minutes workers walked right past me numerous times without saying a single word, someone finally helps me and they pull my car in for an oil change, I walk around for an hour or so burning time and finally come back to see the car hasnt been touched, I grab some oil off the shelf and proceed to tell them I want to just purchase the oil and Ill change it myself at home, at that time they finally start on it. It took nearly 2 HOURS for a basic oil change, oil and filter only! They need to take express out of the name, they need to greet customers in a timely manner and they need to tell people up front if there are going to be extremely long wait times. The woman at the end could tell I was very frustrated and was trying to be very friendly but by that point it was to late.

Total waste of time. I went there for new tires after making the appointment, confirming the tires and was told by the mechanic that he couldnt do it because he didnt have the right socket. I went to Matthews Tires who have sockets and know how to do tires.

Wal-Mart auto center is one pf those places where one can get lower mileage modle tires of name brands. If one dose do travel interstate alot this is a rather good option as there are hundreds of Wal-Mart nation wide if you have tire issues.

The mechanic had my car serviced ( rotate tires, change oil, and new wipers blades in under 2 hours. The orignal est. time was 2 1/2 hours.

Stop to have two tires put on, there were two people working and one vehicle needed four tires put on. I waited 15 minutes to talk to somebody neither of the two people working in the tire section came over to talk to me. This was after I asked inside the store and the person directed me outside.They were talking to each other the entire 15 minutes I stood there.

I have a 2014 Honda CRV and it needed an oil change and could not wait till the Honda dealer was available and was very cold out so I didnt want to have to do it like I normally do. All other oil places were closed so I thought I would give Walmart a try against my better judgment. That was a very bad decision and hence the reason for this review. They left my key in the ignition turned on with my heated seat turned on high and my lights were turned on as well. Within 45 minutes my battery was dead and they were asking me if I had battery problems looking to replace my battery. I told him I had no problems until today when I came here with my battery. In fact the guy just started my car to drive it into the shop. Next they put on the wrong oil filter. They told me their computer says that they have the same course of the use this oil filter. The oil filter was shorter and on the Frahm website was not made for my vehicle. I told him Im not sure what your Walmart computer says but Frahm does not say this one should be on my car. I went back and had them put the right oil filter on my car. The lady switch the oil filter and didnt add any oil and said only a tiny bit drops out when you change your oil filter. I check the file when I got home it was at least a half a quart low. Needless to say I just ended up changing oil myself this weekend. I forgot to mention they couldnt get the plate on the bottom that covers the oil filter so they had to pop some of the plastic locking tabs and come at it from the side. I had no problem with the right screwdriver take in the bottom plate off myself when I change the oil. Lesson learned never go to Walmart for an oil change or anything that has to do with vehicle maintenance.

Website and in store posting say open till 8pm. They are not. They close at 4pm and don’t even have a PSA around the store to let you know.

1 hour for an oil change. Only 1 other car in the garage and they were done 20mins before us. 7 guys walking around like they didn’t have anything to do. Then when we finally saw our hood shut it took another 10 mins to get paperwork together...I swear they were all high on pain killers
