This 1901 Walgreens store sucks we are getting medications from this store from years, I called this store pharmacy today and said I’m at work can I pick up my wife’s doctor prescription, medication tonight at 8:30pm she said yes, the girl in the pharmacy is not good at customers this is my third time dealing with this type situation. She doesn’t even care about customers, she is crazy I need my wife’s medication tonight, she is not feeling well. I never go to this pharmacy again, don’t go to this store they don’t care customers. I will change my store.
Good customer service. Busy inside, and also in drive thru. Needed stuff for ALLERGIES. Good thing most eye drops and masala sprays that were prescription arent anymore. They are considered. Otc now. Over the counter now. No prescription needed.
Definitely on time with my pick up order, however, I am sooooo disappointed on my curbside order pickup. I fractured my ankle, hence curbside pickup. The Walgreens employee literally waited for me to get off and get the bags off the curb! If your lazy, maybe thats not the job for you!
Huge thanks to Luke. His small act of kindness made a huge impact for me and being able to get my covid test done quickly.
Horrible customer service!! One gal was sweet and helpful but manager that had to come help at check out was same woman i had seen just walking around unwilling to help me prior to get medication out of a locked compartment in the first place. Then instead of helping when being called (she was paged three times before coming to help) to the register she just insisted that my flex card pry doesn’t cover some things (all approved as over the counter purchases & on my printed list i had in front of her) unwilling to help, unfriendly & rude all around store it self! Will always be going to CVS from here out; that was the last bad experience i wanted with Walgreens! Bye Felicia!
Katie is the most knowledgeable and helpful employee. I always look for her when l cometo shop...She goes out of her way to help with any questions, and location of items. l go to this Walgreens because of her🙄 Ingrid Millar
I went to a store in Appleton, WI to pick-up my prescriptions yesterday and there was no pharmacist on duty, so the pharmacy was closed. How does a company that considers themselves a leader in the world of pharmacies not have standby pharmacists to prevent this type of thing from happening. It should not happen once to anyone, but this is the second time it has happened to me at this location.
I was stranded at this location for 45 minutes due to car issues and a dead phone. One of the employees figured out how I could charge my phone via the photo kiosk and allowed me to use it. All of the employees were incredibly kind and understanding during this very difficult day.Other than today, Ive always had excellent service at this location. Totally recommend it!
All the workers are always very helpful. And Brendan worked with me to order a product that was only online. He was so helpful, pleasant and made the process work so well.
My doctor had previously informed Walgreens Pharmacy on S Oneida that I will be needing a refill in the future once my supply runs out. I called Walgreens to refill the prescription YESTERDAY at 4:15pm to have my prescription ready by 12pm. I arrived at 12:10pm in case of any delay on their behalf and my prescription was not ready until 12:25pm. I understand if there was an error in the automated calling system, but none of the employees apologised for the mistake and lacked courtesy.
Good drug / convience store. Also good for having photos printed.
For Walgreens limited selection of cards. I was specifically looking for sympathy or condolence cards.also entrance and exit because of Street boulevard islands is a true nightmare
I love shopping there.
Staff was super helpful
Great service!
Always a friendly staff.
