Really friendly business. Had some important files given to me on CD-R and didnt want to buy an external drive to access them. Walked in and dropped off the disc and a flash drive to have them transferred to, got a call an hour later I could pick them up. I get the feeling they were ready to let me take it for free, but I paid what I thought was a fair price for a good local business. Would 100% bring more business to them in the future.

I cant recommend this business enough. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and has your best interest in mind. He makes suggestions for you based on whats best for the customer and not himself. He is an incredibly hard worker and finishes his work in a very fast turn around time. I would go to him over any other computer repair shop anytime.

I was having windows boot issues I went in to the store to let him look at it. He said it would be a couple of days so I left it overnight and waited for the call to come get it. I never got a call so I went back in to see if he did anything yet. He told me my ssd was broken so I said ok I can fix it my self. I took it home and it never turned on. How did I go from it not booting windows to my pc not even working i don’t know. PLEASE DONT GO

I brought my daughters laptop to IT Evolution because it would not turn on. Jorge quickly discovered it was an issue that he could not take care of due to warranty restrictions. Jorge contacted the manufacturer and handled shipping it back to the manufacturer for warranty work after he contacted me to explain the situation. He kept me in the loop through the whole process. Brought in my laptop for a cleaning, inside and out (~$100) When I picked it up I was told I may need a new hard drive soon. Sure enough, I started noticing a clicking a little later on and my hardrive died shortly thereafter. It’s an older computer but I had never had any issues prior to this.I purchased a used chrome book (~$75) to use while I considered future options for my computer needs. I was told it came with a month warranty where I could return it for a fee within that month. Shortly after a month, a crop of issues popped up on the chrome book. The speaker emits a high pitched sound constantly unless headphones are plugged in. Half of the screen sometimes shuts off or flickers due to a bad connection in one of the hinges. I do not let my laptops bang around. They are kept in one place and I am gentle with them.The customer service was fine and everyone I’ve interacted with has been very polite, but it seems to be a running theme that about a month after I get a service or product things go bad. I cannot in good conscience recommend this store, but maybe I just have bad luck.

Jorge was great at trying to fix my laptop. Sadly, it wasnt able to be fixed. He was able to pull all of the files that we wantes though and put them on a flash drive. He even went the extra mile and was able to get the flashdrive back from the recycling facility when I forgot to pick it up. For security, they recycle abandoned products, and I for one appreciate that.

Brought in my laptop when the screen stopped working, wondering if some hardware had to be replaced. While determining if this was in fact the case, Jorge kept in contact with me, answering my questions and messages in a timely manner. After determining the problem, Jorge was very helpful and went through multiple repair options with me, making sure i was confortable with anything we did budget wise. Waiting for the part perhaps took the longest, but even that was only two days, and an hour after he had the part, my computer was ready. Very happy with my service and would highly recommend!

This is a great little shop. I have bought a number of connectors, parts and pieces from them over the past few years and can confirm they have very fair pricing even sometimes less than I can get things for online. Im sure the guy that left the negative review didnt try to return the i5 computer that he bought or they would have been more than accommodating on the return. I myself even having been in IT for over 15 years could mistake a dual core with a quad-core i5 processor. Anyway, definitely worth checking out the shop.

I brought my laptop to three different companies before bringing it to IT Evolution. All three companies told me that the hard drive needed to be replaced and quoted me $200+ dollars. I am enrolled at the college down the street from this shop and when i broke my computer screen i was referred there, and i was pleasantly surprised by the great service! I am not very technologically gifted and when i went in everything that needed to be done was explained to me, also i had an essay on my laptop i needed to copy and i was given a USB to use for it for free and the job was done the same week i brought my computer in for a very reasonable price, and when i came in another time to get my hard drive cleaned all that labor was done for free! Great place i will definitely go again if i have technological errors!

Discovered this little place and not only did they have the adapter I was looking for (molex to SATA power), but they also had a SATA to IDE adapter so I can finally get the data off all the old hard drives I have from in the past. IT Evolution fixed my computer in just a couple of hours and at a very reasonable price. My computer works much better than before and I can finally finish my school assignments without any problems. IT Evolution is located in the center of Appleton and it is very convenient for me because I live only a few blocks from this place. Without a doubt, IT Evolution is an advantage for Hispanics because it is the only place around Appleton where they speak Spanish to answer all our questions. The truth is I am very happy for the fast service, the great quality of customer service, the very cheap prices and without a doubt because they solved all my doubts. Five stars!! 5 Stars !!!
