I stopped in on the weekend (a Saturday) and was treated so well by the girls in the MAC department. They were very kind and helpful. I do not know much about make up and they were so sweet and helpful. Thank you. I will be returning. The girl I spoke with was very knowledgeable and even helped me try to find someone to do my makeup for my sons wedding in August. Thank you for making me feel comfortable in an atmosphere I am usually nervous to visit.

Unless you fit their perfect customer you will not get any service. Just because I didnt wear a cake full of makeup the day I went to the counter does not mean I do not have money. I also realize every time I go there because of my age I am discriminated against. I am a teenager and because of my age I am never served in a timely matter. I could show up before an older woman does but the older woman always gets served first. Every time I go I always have intentions to buy something but walk away empty handed because nobody ever gives me service. You have lost my money and I will be going to other counters or Sephora now because they offer to help in a timely fashion!
