Poor customer service as soon as you walk through the door. They wouldnt exchange or return my item and told me ol well I should of have the right information before purchasing. Now Im stuck with hair im not going to use.

Customer service was terrible. She overcharged me for a wig. Definitely will never be back.

Today is June 1st 2019 I am currently sitting outside of the Appleton Value Beauty Store. Online said it is open and when I walk to the door the hour say Monday to Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.! It is currently 11:05 a.m. and the store is not open. I drove all the way from Oshkosh to get to the store and its not open. Very disappointing and unprofessional! Not good for business. I will not be returning back to this location.

It is April 2021 and they are supposed to open at 10:00 a.m. Monday through Friday and stay open until 7:00 p.m. I got here at 10:00 a.m. and no one was here I called at 10:05 No one answer I left a message she did not arrive until 10:19 to open the store This is a frequently happening thing very unprofessional What I bought was $8:39 and she asked me if I had cash So Im assuming they have a card limit on how much you have to spend in store to use your card

Bought 4 bundles of hair 18/18/20/22. Spent $280. Got it sewn in next day. 3 days later the hair matted up like some sort of cheap crochete hair. Worst hair ever! I think the hair is human/synthetic mix. Hair shedded in little pieces like the hair was not 1 continuous strand but short strands priced together to make it long. Shedding happened before I even got it installed. I think the hair was old. Never again

I love this place. Im new to the Menasha/Appleton area and this is definitely my new favorite store. I purchased 54 inch braiding hair for 2.99 a pack and edge control.

Its a good beauty store, however they were supposed to be open at 10 and we got there at 10:03 and waited until 10:16 but they never opened. So we had to go somewhere else. Not great for business.

I have alopecia areata. I’m also quite poor. Of course, when purchasing a wig, I’m going to go to a shop that is known for synthetics rather than human hair. It happens to be targeted at a African American demographic as seen by the hair, skin, and beauty products they sell. I went in alongside my white boyfriend. Four customers walked in after me and I wasn’t served. I had asked the price of two hair pieces and she immediately took what looked like a personal phone call. Honestly, I felt as if I was racially profiled, and I would understand that from the customers but certainly not the shop owner. On top of that, one of the women showed up for a hair appointment — the stylist was in Madison and would be over two hours late. They blamed the customer for not calling beforehand to confirm the appointment. I’d seen someone book an appointment and they never once stated that in order to receive their services you must confirm later on.All around horrible service for me as well as the other customers I had seen walk in within the 30 minutes I was there. I’d recommend bringing your services elsewhere.

My wife gos there very friendly if you need any hair products this will be the right place to shop trust me you will love it

Variety of hair and prices

This place is terrible. As a performer I am always buying wigs and hair. I have only purchased one wig from them and will never go back as the staff is rude and unwilling to help.

Great place for ethnic hair needs, but some items could be a little more competitively priced.

Thee worst place ever. The hair quality is horrible. I bought hair from them twice and each time was bad. I decided to see if she could do my hair and they had an attitude about it. Finally she did and it was thee worst sew in I had. Im not a professional but I know cheap work when I see it. Definitely over priced ! DONT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

The worse sew in in history. And I also feel like the hair I bought into the Store, not purchased there was switched with some cheap ragedy hair they sell... Nightmare. She played me though for hair. Such a bum...
