Sam helped me get everything I needed for my deck project. Super knowledgeable, helpful, but even more so than that the customer service was outstanding. He was very honest and direct about what was needed to be done and how to best tackle the project. Not to mention very friendly and personable as we conversed for another 15 minutes about everything except for painting. Highly recommend this location and staff

Need more workers on the weekends. Poor guy working on Saturday was running his butt off as 8 people wait in line to be helped. He was extremely friendly and had great customer service just could tell many customers were getting impatient with only one person working.

We have been customers at this location multiple times and are always amazed at the poor service we receive. We like SW paint, but we won’t be coming back here. I would suggest training your employees that customers are not an imposition or a nuisance. You’re not doing me a favor by selling me a can of paint.

Had a paint color that did not look right. When I called they told me to bring it in as it may have settled and they would mix it.When they saw it they agreed it looked off.Nash did an amazing job!!! He tried to fix it and we think it was too far gone. He remade it and adjusted the recipe to what he thought would work.I am looking at my wall this morning with the perfect color!!!

Such great service! The workers are always asking questions about what youre painting and the color scheme youre going for. I was unsure about what shade of grey I wanted for our bedroom and the woman I worked with was very knowledgeable and based off of my description gave me the perfect shade of grey! Will be returning!

Woman working counter was by herself and it was busy on a Sunday afternoon. She was polite and very fast!

I just dont buy that much paint. If I was talking to someone who would be doing painting then I would extremely likely tell them about Sherwin-Williams. But otherwise I would not just be offering any information to anyone about what I bought where.
