Apparently angel the store manager has been telling his associates to not process any online returns because they are owned by Ben bridge.I have spoken to the district manager Judy and she said she has extensive training to do and explained to me that this is not the company policy. You wouldn’t t believe what I went through with angel over the phone and The big lies/mess he has created for himself! I hold Pandora to a better standard. Judy explained that after today this is going to change and Im holding her word to it. I expect to NEVER have this issue again moving forward.

Horrible customer service. Came to exchange a charm I purchased online. The packing slip states I can go to my nearest Pandora so I came here only to be turned away because she said they are a franchise. The store clearly is branded Pandora outside and they sell only Pandora. I don’t care if they are a franchise. The packing slip states nothing about franchises. Not the first time the staff have been rude. She told me to go to Santa Monica. Will never purchase Pandora again. I would give zero stars if I could.

If I could I wouldn’t put any stars. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I shop at Pandora for all birthdays and every Christmas. Won’t ever be shopping at this one.
