The new manager was excellent and helped me save as much as I could to make this engagement anniversary special.

Shelley is the manager there and she couldn’t of been more helpful!!! We had ordered a necklace with our birthstones in it for our mother for christmas. When we received it in the mail one of the stones was missing. We called customer service (who is HORRIBLE!!!!) they told us there was nothing they could do and it’s on us to get it fixed. We even talked to the supervisor and she said the same thing!!! They had the tone in their voice if they don’t care. They didn’t try to help us out at all! After that we called a Zales store in Ontario Mills. They’re manager was super helpful too! She apologized for customer service and tried to help us fix the necklace. They couldn’t help us so she reached out to Shelley. That day Shelley had called me and said yes bring it in and let me see what I can do. We drove over and told her the story again she apologized and said I will have it fixed. She went in to her own personal jeweler and had it fixed within a few days with no cost! With the holiday season she was working 6 days a week and open to close shifts, she’s a rock star as are all retail people during the holiday season. She was over the top helpful to us and we are so thankful for her and that are were able to present the necklace to our mother for Christmas. If you ever need anything fixed or have an issue please go visit them!!!

Absolutely amazing! So helpful! And SOOOOOOO incredibly patient with me!!! We could not go into the store due to covid, so we had to call the store and she was able to shop for me and find exactly what I was looking for!! I live an hour away but will definitely come back to this particular store just because how kind and supportive they were! Thank you soooooo much for making this shopping experience during covid sooo amazing and easy!!!!!

Customer service was horrible

Worst quality, less than 6 month and the necklace that I bought got broken, I went for the repair service after 15 days I got the necklace back, after only 1 day it broke again, Im not buying anymore anything here.
