Poor customer service employer sees me standing outside door and they open at 10am and its 15 after I tried calling this store and its the wrong phone number. They didnt even bother asking if Im looking for something in particular.

Staff was SUPER helpful!! Especially the girl named Johane☺😊👍✨ Greeted everyone in, watched all my bags while I shopped, and gave me bigger bags to help me hold everything. At checkout, she was really patient and even helped me pick out some stuff!

A great store for Japanese plush dolls, unique Japanese toys and cosplay outfits. The items are slightly pricy but good quality material.

I really like this store but there are only certain items that I will buy. As of late I am all about the hair accessories. I use to go here for gifts for my nephews because they are very into anime. This store will gift wrap an item for you even of you purchased it somewhere else. The paper is totally cute and sometimes the attendant knows some cool japanese style wrapping. Every gift Ive had wrapped was beautiful.

Great shop. Has all kinds of Japanese imports. School supplies, snacks, toys and some electronics.

Tons of cute stuff and most of the stuff there are cheap. I kinda had a problem with today’s workers usually don’t but she just kept staring at me while I was shopping and it just didn’t feel comfortable being watched.

So rude, does not greet customers. Was waiting at the counter ready to pay for a $10 lead pencil. Two workers at the cashier counting tips from the jar. my son and i waited and waited. No hello, did not even looked up to say well be right with you. Place pencil on counter and left. Will not shop here again, horrible service.

My family and I especially my daughter have a fascination with all things Japanese. When we have a craving to see stuff from Japan and wish to purchase something we go here to Tokyo. Yes the things are quite pricey but worth it since you cant get them anywhere else.

In the same mall as Sanrio in Santa Ana, this store has more plush animals and pillows and air fresheners.
