Bought my fiancé some of the Ferrari edition ray bans that we couldn’t find anywhere else! I was so ecstatic that they had a wide variety here. Christine and Roland assisted me today (not sure if I spelled their names correct) but they were the kindest and hilarious people I’ve met, they made my day today. Christine was helping me pick out the right ones and she was very helpful and patient.

Jacklyn and Aaron are wonderful! They are very knowledgeable about the brands and promotions. Jacklyn helped me find great stylish Ray-Bans and Oakleys for outdoor activities. She really took the time and listened to my concerns and gave me great recommendations. Great customer service!!! Definitely will be coming back in the future to the SunglassHut in Arcadia!

There were 2 salesmen who were very helpful and friendly. They helped me pick a pair to match my face type. They were not pushy. I picked 2 pairs of sunglasses 🕶 😎 and the 2nd pair was $60 off as a promotion.

The attendants were so helpful and friendly! 10/10 would recommend. They have a large variety of glasses also!

I came in to make a return but the associate did not listen and kept trying to get us to keep the sunglasses or buy a new pair even though I had expressed multiple times that I just wanted to make a return. Finally when she let us return the glasses, she was blunt and snarky.

Great service. Theres a lady there with super long blond hair ask her see especially as she can pin point the right glasses for u on the first shot.

Luxotica is likely the biggest scam there is, selling 70%+ percent of the market under different names. The few times they get exposed is when their lot deals are done. Like buying the same glasses from $200 to $15 or 19. Yes optics differ, yet they should hardly ever cost more than $30 tops. Companies build a brand on the false sense of the peoples understanding, and sell a dream. Wake up you idiot!

I hated the experience there. I got my sunglasses AND wanted to tighten my sunglasses. So I brought it to the sunglasses hut. They told me something was wrong and they cant tighten it. So I said then I wanted a return. Then, they were like sorry you have to return online. But in my online receipt, it clearly states that you can bring back to any sunglass hut store to return it. And the sales person was so rude. He didnt even look at me when the whole conversation happened. He was also the one who greeted me when I first stepped into the store, I can never forger about that feeling. And how he didnt even look at me anymore once he found out there was something wrong with the glasses and I wanted a return. It really pissed me off. Every time I thought about that experience, I just felt so sad, How a person can change the attitude so dramatically. And that also made me look down on them. A bunch of people who only care about making money. Never really care about their customer and the quality of their products. I will never be a customer in their store. Never.

Bad customer service i dont like it. When i buy they said return 90 days if something happen so i dont like i go back to return they said their debit credit machine not working go to another location then i saw somebody buying they accept their card how come their machine not work when they return.

Horrible service. I tried to return one of two pairs of sunglass i bought and they tell me that they can not find me in there system and there is nothing they can do for me. I have a manual receipt and a confirmation email and still there is nothing they can do. Even though theu have a 90 return or exchange policy.

I bought 2 pairs of sunglasses at sunglass hut, and they even refuse to fix a small screw in my sunglasses ! The sales asked me to borrow a screw from the watch shop next door hehe. [waive.Like the solstice [smile
