I went to Main Line Honda, expecting the same typical dealer service and treatment (cold, dry customer service). Instead, I was pleasingly surprised! Shelton took care of my automobile needs, and he was kind, courteous, and explained the service. Shelton is an outstanding employee with and skilled customer service agent. I am grateful for his help and level of care and understanding. I will make Main Line my go-to spot for my vehicle services based on his service and expertise.

Very professional service. They lost a start because the told me itll be a 1.5 hour wait, and it ended up being 2 hours and 15 minutes. I dont blame them for the long wait (there were a ton of customers there), but they should try to be more accurate with the wait time estimates.

I moved recently to the west coast but my last service visit prior to me moving was excellent, Rudy and Joe helped me out and my car made it to my destination with no problem after they addressed the check engine light!!!

Will give a minus 5 star. they told me there is nothing wrong with my car but give us 350 for diognostic and we rotaided your wheels which it didnt need after one week my car still there but i wrote the millage down to make sure they dont drive

I received a scam letter in the mail falsely stating that the factory warranty of my recent car purchase will expire and I need call them asap. After further investigating the organization and its various DBAs they claim to have signed partnership agreements with various dealerships to sell warranties. If this is true I never consented for my information to be sold nor was this disclosed when I purchased my car. This is very concerning in a time when data is more valuable than cash and misused personal data can destroy an individuals life.What are your data protection and privacy policies?

When I arrived to Mainline Honda I was greeted by a friendly and energetic sales associate name Ted. I had shopped around looking at vehicles and decided to stop in before my appointment at Ardmore Toyota. I never made it to my next appointment because Ted was able to provide me with exactly the vehicle I had been looking for. He was very attentive and made this process extremely easy. Ted was by far the best car salesman Ive ever dealt with.

The wait is awful. They should not overbook and let customers wait for hours just for car inspection. Employees are not friendly. Place changed to worse in past few years. Time to find another service dhop after using this one for 30 years. Its a shame.

Martin Main Line Honda was really unprofessional in their behaviour. This was our first time buying a Honda Accord EX-L trim and they just handed us they keys for the test drive. They did not go over the features of the car at all. Once we came into their office, they were constantly forcing us to either buy the car immediately and did not give us time to discuss. Felt like we were rushed into making a decision fast. Was expecting the experience better!

I went here for a full check-up on my vehicle. I specifically asked them to look at the tires closely since I plan to drive long distance soon. Less than a week after my initial visit, low tire pressure light came on and I had to go back. Apparently they missed a nail in one of the tires the first time. I was going to give them a 1-star review, but the manager handled it very professionally and had the tire fixed at no charge. Still, I was disappointed because they missed it the first time.

Completely unprofessional, they dont have an intention to sell cars at all..especially sales dept is nightmare, ppl go there only coz they are tied to costco, gonna write to costco as well to remove them from partnership. Never ever doing bussiness there, donot encourage anyone to go to that place.

Historically Ive never liked going to the dealer, I always associated dealers with having inflated prices and not always the best service. But Martin Honda came recommended from a third party that I didnt know, I took their advice went there and was not disappointed. I went there for my initial recall airbag service. the experience was great, the service writers are honest as well as the mechanics. I went back to get some additional work done including tires and some maintenance work. Highly satisfied! Everyone there is very friendly, very nice, it feels like home with an auto shop underneath of it LOL

Just bought a car yesterday. Had to pick it up today so it could be “inspected.” I come home and guess what I find: seatbelt ripped halfway. They can’t even help me today. Seemed annoyed when I was annoyed because they messed up and sold me an unfit car. How do you pass inspection with a seat belt like this??

The people here were generally very nice. However, we were quoted three different prices, ultimately paying more than the original estimate. The people on the phone, at check in and at check out did not seem to have clarity on what the pricing model actually was.

I had spoke with Kerry (the online internet sales rep) and Dave Tierney (the car sales rep) last week about a 2006 Honda Civic EX with 73k miles. I had made a cash offer on the vehicle and they were considering the offer. I was scheduled to view the car today, a few days later since Dave informed me that the vehicle was in the shop getting prepped to go on the lot. I had called Dave Saturday and never received a return phone call. I received a phone call today (Tuesday) from Dave at 9am when the appointment was at 10am saying the car has been sold. I said ok and hung up the phone. No long after hanging up the phone, I received a text message from Dave stating your offer was weak we sold it for 3000 more! nice try. I have attached the text message to this review for potential customers to view. Hopefully you as a potential customer will seriously reconsider another car dealership so you will not have to deal with the unprofessionalism of Dave Tierney! The sales manager Mike then reached out to me not long after Daves nasty text message and said they value customer service and that Dave will be disciplined internally. Dave Tierney is pathetic! Dont find out the hard way about Dave and Main Line Honda, just find another car dealership!

Edited: Initially I had a scheduling issue with Martin Main Line Honda, but gave them another shot and I am glad I did. I recently purchased a 2018 Honda CRV EX-L with a suspected oil dilution problem. Lucas is my service advisor and is off the charts fastastic. After hearing my story and my experience encountering unclear and unsatisfactory explanation and work up at the Springfield Honda Dealership, it was a relief to finally have someone listen and not dismiss my complaints. No one at mainline Honda changed their story to fit their new narrative. I felt that my interactions were as transparent and honest as possible. They went through testing that seemed procedural from what I was reading online and acknowledged my concerns instead of dismissing them. What I experienced with Lucas is exemplary of Excellant service. Even though I am a huge supporter of independent autobody shops due to them being more affordable and allowing me to bring my own parts, I will continue taking my car here for the life of my warranty and possibly even beyond.Of note, this review is about their service line.

I bought my 3rd new car at martin Honda and its a lemon and they will not acknowledge it. Everyones friendly enough, but for my 2021 passport to only get less than 10 miles to the gallon is unacceptable. It also has other problems with the automatic braking system and the radio controls. I should nothave to deal with any of this in a new car and the sales and service teams tell me theres nothing they can do and I should call corporate. Very disappointing.

I took my son there to purchase his first car (2016 Honda Civic touring). The car was equipped with all the bells and whistles available, including a remote start and heated rear seats. I dont even have that in my car. The price was far less than youd typically pay for all the features included. John Fredrick completed the paperwork ensuring we were absolutely satisfied with all the perks and coverage we chose. Emily was very pleasant and made sure the car was clean when we came to take the car home.I highly recommend this dealership to anyone ready to buy their dream car.♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

They told me that I will be done in one hour. It took them 3 hours. I paid and I was waiting for my car and nobody told me what happened and my car was not at the shop. somebody used it for long drive because the positioning of the mirror and milage I don’t recommend this place because staff are not professional and very expensive

I just picked my car up from its first service since purchase. I picked Martin Main Line Honda for its proximity to my work. I dropped the car off early and check in was a breeze. They had me on my way and in the shuttle in no time. The morning shuttle driver (Akiem) was a genuinely nice man. Once my car was ready, I was picked up by a different shuttle driver(KB), equally as pleasant. My advisor (Lenny) was very thorough in going over the service with me and letting me know the car’s condition. Next thing I knew, I was paying and out the door. This was honestly a breeze and such a relief. I will absolutely be servicing my Honda here from now on.

Ive been here before for service and have had a great experience. However, this review is about Sales. I was told to come in yesterday to discuss options for my lease end, including leasing a new vehicle or potentially purchasing my current lease.The salesperson I worked with was helpful in showing me the models I was interested in, but when it came time to discuss numbers I felt pretty condescended to, and like the staff were not willing to discuss the whole picture for me.The salesperson was quick to show me prices for vehicles, but was not willing to break down the numbers (what was the MSRP, the cap cost, were there any special discounts, how did the overall price break down into monthly payments) and instead just told me the monthly price and tried to convince me this was the best it was going to be. I came in very interested in talking numbers, and he was being vague and would only give me the overall cost. I dont know if this was because Im young, a woman, or simply because it was late and he wanted to get out of there. Regardless, Im not interested in doing business with a place that is not transparent and attentive to its customers. I will be going to the other Hondas in the area in the future.

Terrible experience with service department. Brought in our new-to-us Odyssey not long after purchase due to an alternator warning when driving through even small puddles. Blew my wife off and told her everything was fine and it was normal. A year later when the issue was getting worse (losing power steering, too), they magically found a fender liner that someone had modified. Wasnt us, but since it was no longer under the purchase warranty we were on the hook for $500 for the liner and a new accessory belt. No explanation or apology for how their own technician missed it originally. No offer to meet half-way on the repair even though it was their fault. Im sure they do enough business that they can afford to lose us, but it was disappointing to experience this given how great some other local dealerships have been with our other car. Love the car; will never return to this dealership for any work or future purchases.

I had an appointment for 10am to get a simple oil change. IT TOOK 3 HOURS TO GET MY CAR BACK! Whats the point of the appointment? Why does it take 3 hours to get an oil change?
