Went in for an oil change and was helped by Russell Roberson. He was kind, courteous, prompt and thorough. I could not recommend him more for his calm demeanor and professionalism. Everyone I came across in the service center greeted me and asked me how I was doing. Sometimes its the little things that matter. P.s. Someone give Russell a promotion already!
When I go to Infiniti they always take care of my car and do a great Job. I recently was there for some basic maintenance and all was taken Care of. Mike Lawson was my service rep and he always does a great job with communication of what’s going with the car and when it will be done. They had my car all day and after 7 hours, still did not get started on it. This was originally quoted as a 1.5h job. I told them before I scheduled that I need the car back the same day, only for them to tell me now they dont know how that can happen now. In addition, new price is $1000 more than what was originally quoted. What is this, amateur hour? I knew this place was shady when theres a lawn sign out front that says techs needed.
Ordered new rubber mats for my QX50. Staff was friendly and helpful, there is a seating area while you wait. Tv. Comfortable chairs. Coffee machine. Great coffee, tea
I scheduled a service via their online scheduling system. I chose November 26th @ 10:00 am. I knew the day was Thanksgiving, but I assumed they were open because the day was available on the schedule and I received a confirmation email. Well, I arrive on my scheduled day and time and they are closed. I call this morning & there was no real explanation other than, we are closed on Thanksgiving. The person said they are booked for the morning, but he can get me in at 1:30 pm. Fine, I take the 1:30 pm appointment. I arrive promptly at 1:30 pm and the people checking me in are very nice. I go to the waiting room and here I continue to sit... 2 hours and 15 minutes later.... For an oil change. After 2 hours I ask about my car, the person went to go check on it and my car was just started to be worked on. I believe only because I said something. When I asked about the status of my car, the person said they were very busy. Again I tell him about their scheduling error from yesterday and again, no real explanation and most definitely no apology. Very disappointed.
I only went here once to get both side mirrors replaced, paid almost $1600 got my car back with only 1 mirror painted the correct color of my car! Tried to resolve the issue with Alan Suanders since June 2020 was given the run around then all communication stopped, I got back in touch with Alan early 2021 and was still given the run around was told to send photos that he had already received...however I still resent the photos only for him to still not contact me back! I finally spoke to someone over him named Joe after I left a VM he called me back within 15 mins and is now mailing my refund! I don’t think this service center is bad but I would not do business with Alan Saunders pick someone else!
Had my first oil change done for my 2019 QX30. They have a great staff, especially Alan Saunders who is the assistant service manager and I definitely recommend him(say HI to Amelia!). The only thing that I was kind of bummed out that I didnt get my first oil change for free because I didnt get my car from the same dealership. Also, I forgot my coupon and I was a bit surprised that they didnt ask me if I had any coupons.Still gave them 5 stars!

Do NOT go here under any circumstances. They will do a good job doing your repair, but will make the experience of getting it done an absolute nightmare and lengthy. This is by far, the worst service center for any vehicle I have ever had. Sending your car here is like sending it into a black hole. Calls are not returned for days and you have no idea what is going with your car. Be sure to book your service 8 years (hyperbole for jest, clearly) in advance if you want a loaner. The front desk staff are unwelcoming and make you feel like you encroaching on their free time. Rather than, you know, just asking them to do their job. The ‘lounge‘ looks like some generic, non-dealer, car repair shop seating area. It is so bad here, I stopped going and used Holman Infiniti, even though they are 30 minutes farther from me. My car once broke down right around the corner from this service center and I had the tow truck drive it 45 minutes to Holman because I just didn’t want to deal with their terrible staff.

Awful service, would have given them a zero but had to input a star to post. Scheduled appointment a week ago for recall, their issue. Waited 1 hour 10 minutes to simply drop off the car and get a loaner. Drove home and they called to say, they dont have the part. Why schedule it? Drove back this morning and was told I had to put gas in the loaner. another 15 minutes to put gas in or was told they would charge $5/gallon and $30 refueling fee. After explaining all the inconvenience and time investment, was told, its the rules. What are the rules for good service? Now I have to go back when they get the required airbag for the recall. Why is the customer penalized for Infinitys problem???? Horrible service!

To all those customers who get new car from Infiniti of Ardmore they offer 1st service for free. But they will get you on atleast 1 thing. No one has to read the whole review but dont forget to take a look at the pictures. If you ever got charged for EZ Pass toll violation. They never pay in a timely manner even though they charged you after 20 days of returning the loaner. So use caution if you using the loaner.Dan McRay from the showroom was great. I got 2 cars from this dealer ship. But there service center is a rip off.I got a loaner vehicle when i dropped off my car. The same night i had to travel out of PA. I added the license plate to my EZpass account. Also i had my ezpass. Out of 4 tolls only 1 toll gate charged on my account. I didnt know until 15 days after i returned the loaner. All of a sudden i see a charge of $181.45. I called the service center. No one had an answer for me. I waited for a return call for 8 days. No one responded. I called the EZ pass administration in NJ and they said the ticket was never paid. But still they charged me. I went a head and paid 3 tolls totaling $11.45. And Infiniti of Ardmore charged me $181.45. Which they never paid.When i returned the vehicle i spoke with the lady does these sort of thing and also my service advisor. The lady in responded that they wont get the violation notice for atleast 30 days from the violation. But they charged after 15 days.
I literally told the service adviser over the phone DO NOT wash my car it has ceramic coating and i have to wash it a special way.. then when i got there and spoke to the service adviser i said 2 times DO NOT wash my car... then when i called the service adviser to pick up my car i said DO NOT wash the car... it looked they washed it 3/4 of the way before realizing they weren’t suppose to.. now i have swirl marks all over my car and the ceramic coat job cost me $900UPDATE: After going back and fourth with corporate Infiniti and Infiniti of Ardmore for over a week and called back today the assistant manager informed me that there is nothing they are going to do at all to resolve this issue for me even though they put to call them here on google reviews (it is just for show to make them look good) I am now going forward with getting a lawyer and taking them to court.
Came here for service today and the customer support was just beyond amazing. The valets at the front was very welcoming and friendly. Chris had efficiently addressed all the concern i was having in an appropriate professional manner. Patrick was able to quickly diagnose the issues I was receiving with my vehicle. He knew his stuff!Overall this dealership had provided exceptional service. Im planning to come back here for future services.
This place is not profesional at all.... They always do things their way they want to... I can take my car for a oil changed and is always something on my tires they always have to changed it that’s only to take money from the insurance..... I would never touch this place again in my life ......
Horrible horrible service center! Makes me wish I hadn’t purchased an Infiniti from Ardmore. I have now called 8 times to get an appointment scheduled for regular servicing and a recall item....every time I get transferred and sent to voicemail where no one returns my call. The sales man emphasized how they have a great servicing center that will even pick up and drop off your car to you but what good is that if I can’t even get an appointment scheduled. I work in customer experience for large organizations and this is by far the WORST customer experience a company can deliver. Will never purchase an Infiniti again from Ardmore.

Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous staff! Ive been taking my car here for years. I would not go anywhere else. Charlies knowledge and expertise makes him the best associate in the service department. While most in service office are probably knowledgeable, he has a pleasant manner about his work that hasnt been matched in my experience with Infiniti of Ardmore.
Tough to get to, but a class act. Infiniti is more willing to help you no matter how old your Infiniti is, pricing is on par with the other dealers. Great concierge service, and loaners are in good shape. If you wonder why so many Infiniti cars zoom around the mainline, it is because they are incredible cars.

I have been coming here for the past 13 years and Charles has taken care off all my problems and concerns. He is a true credit to Infiniti. All the service professionals take time to explain the issues in a thoughtful and complete manner and offer options. Prices always seemed reasonable to me and I never felt as if they were trying to overcharge me. They stand by their work. Comfy waiting area, good availability of loaner cars and a willingness to help have kept me as a repeat customer.
One of the persons worked there was extremely rude towards me. Asking me if I was happy?, when I brought my car at 9 am and got it at 5 pm, seriously? Then why do we make appointments ?He told me I said I could wait but is never said that.Id never said that I just said someone was picking me up so I didnt had to wait there and asked if they could call me when it was done, he didnt even apologize for the time frame.I
While in the physical building - service is great. Once you leave the facility, dismissive or completely unresponsive. Strangest thing. I had to call back after I purchased my car and basically got ignored and had to call the General Manager. Recently I had my tire changed, call back to ask about a discrepancy on my bill. This happened in February, still havent gotten help. I dont plan on going back.

Do not go here for services! I was charged over $400 in labor costs in order to do a ‘computer reset’ that I needed in order to pass the state inspection. Also, salesman Alan was unprofessional and has yet to return my phone calls regarding an issue with my windshield that somehow went unnoticed.
Bought a used QX60 elsewhere that needed a few things and had the transmission judder. Parts folks were super helpful looking up what I needed and ordering parts. Mike Lawless was great with service: he had the software updated to catch the judder code, and they were able to pull the code and replace the valve assembly the next visit, all under warranty.Great experience: everyone was nice, and they resolved all of my issues quickly. Lucky to have such a high quality service department.Update 1 year later: Weve had no further issues with the transmission or anything else.

Drove 2 hours from home and I bought a certified used car from them, 3 days later took it to an infiniti dealer near my house due to some sort of vibration at certain speeds and found out the transmission needed to be replaced. At this point i thought to myself if something as big as a transmission was missed during the certification what else could be wrong with the car so I told the dealer near my house to check out the car and he told me in return that a wheel barring was bad, the brakes needed to be resurfaced. I told the sale person I bought the car from and he said the best they can do is fix the problems for me when they should have been addressed before the sale of the car. At this point I am seeking legal help to try and see if I have a case. DO NOT BUY A CERTIFIED USED CAR FROM THEM.

Have had a number of issues with this service centre. Recently put my Infiniti coupe in bc of a loud sound. When told the problem was resolved, and charged 500 dollars, the problem re occurred the same day. When I contacted the service department to bring the car back in, they extremely hard to reach and couldn’t help accommodate my schedule. I still haven’t had the problem resolved.Due for a major service on my car but extremely hesitant to bring it to them again.

***Stay away from this dealership and everyone affiliated with Bush Auto***Got rear ended at the beginning of August and I brought my car there to get it fixed.-Body shop representative has complete disregard for your information after you’ve explained everything. Lack of communication. Will make you wait to his convenience to make things right with you.-Body shop manager will never take accountability for damages, and will make you complain to the insurance company so they would pay for damages.-They used my freshly hit car (with rear bumper hanging off) to drive me to Enterprise because they didn’t have a loaner. The second time I had to take my car back, I found out Enterprise could pick you up from the dealer…-Received my car from the body shop with the back-up camera not working. How NO ONE noticed this before they gave me my car back is unbelievable (and something they could not explain).-Body shop manager urges me to contact the Insurance company and give them a big stink so they can pay for the back-up camera to be fixed.-After almost 2 months. They call me to pick up my car, and while I watched the employee go to my car to pull it up front, he swings my car door wide open and hits the car next to it!-3-4 in long scratch on my driver door by the handle. Which apparently was already there prior, according to the manager (lack of accountability. There was no scratch there before).-Drove in and out to this place atleast 5 times. My car was driven to bush collision, which is roughly 36 miles round trip, 3 times and they refuse to reimburse me for the gas.I will never go back. After they take your money, regardless whether it’s from insurance or out-of-pocket, customer service goes completely out the window and they will not hold accountability on their work either.Youve been warned.
