Fabulous experience shopping here! I worked with Nico, who was attentive, informative, and really listened to what I was looking for and what I needed - from size, to lifestyle, and beyond. He was professional, friendly, patient, and it was a great experience. Most dealerships I had visited that day assumed that because Im a woman, I wasnt the one buying the car. Nico was awesome because he recognized this was my decision, my purchase, and although he addressed my friend with me he knew this was ultimately my decision. I had great interactions with the entire team- everyone who helped me or chatted with me was awesome, and authentic. I would highly recommend shopping here. Made an appointment to reserve a car to test drive the same day and they sold it before I got there. Didnt know they sold it, wasnt prepared to offer me another car to look at...nothing...Not even a sorry for driving 1.25 hours in rush hour to get there. On top of it, I was so frustrated, I left quickly and no one was interested in helping me verify if I left something there. Took 48 hours to locate the item and then got confirmation from the manager that they are not interested in returning it to me by mail even if sent to be paid by recipient. I went next door where they were more than happy to show me whatever I wanted, made additional suggestions and I bought a car that day. I know there is a shortage of cars, but even if this place was the only place with cars left, I would still wait for another dealership.

If you have a simple problem, Im sure youll have a great experience. If you have a complex problem, good luck. Nobody in this place talks to one another. Service doesnt talk with parts. Checkout and billing talks to neither. The level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. They jerked my chain for weeks, resulting in multiple visits that were unnecessary, prolonged, and increasingly expensive. I will never return. Im not a person who usually writes reviews, but this was a ...highly motivating experience. I should send them a bill for all of the work I missed and the hours I lost dealing with the consequences of their poor communication.

Where do I start? The sales person Lucy Hu manipulated us into signing a lease but told us that it was not final. She then said we could change our minds the next day. Then a week and half later, a car shows up and they demand our car and are forcing us into the lease that we DID NOT WANT EVEN KNOW EXISTED. They lied and said the form was an appraisal, not a new lease. When the new car showed up 10 days later, the Inventory Manager Nino Nicolaci actually threatened my physical safety to the point where I had to make a police report. When I spoke to the Manager Mike Freeman, he was so proud that they lie and manipulate their customers. He actually literally told me they deal with this all the time. well, if that is the case, they are illegally presenting documents as items other than what they are to lock people into contracts for vehicles that do not even exist... and then they let you drive home on the car they supposedly own for 10 days?!?!! Seriously? DO NOT DO BUINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. Oh, and Mike flat out told me he wasnt worried about this review because I have a standard reply I use in these situations, Im used to it WOW... hes used to having to use a template because they upset so many customers. STAY AWAY Oh, they also write FAKE reviews on these sites to artificially inflate their ratings. BEWARE

Really Impressed with first communication when they offered me a pick up, then multiple test drives. When I told them that I need some more time to finalize my vehicle and request for the drop off, salesman’s tone have changed and told (little rough) “We don’t drop, ppl come here to make a deal and leave with their vehicle.” Really surprise! Took my pilot there a few times for service, but the most recent will be the last. They didn’t complete the simple, planned/scheduled repair I was there for, broke something else separate under my hood in the process, and never returned my message when I called and tried to discuss it with them. Poor service all around, recommend looking elsewhere.

I bought this car here, Ive been loyal with all the service on the car, and I will never return. Ill be going to Conicelli Honda from now on! I am in a compromised medical condition, I made an appointment for a 30K svc, I was told the shuttle would take me home & bring me back even though I live in KOP. When I dropped off the car, they tell me KOP is too far!!! Now Im in the waiting room for 3 hrs, never again...conicelli gives me a loner for any major service on my Hyundai, now Ill bring my Honda there as well.😕

Amir is an excellent salesman. I recall coming to this dealership two years ago to buy a Honda Clarity Touring model. I wish I had Amir as my sales man that time; I would have bought the car from him. But last time, the experience I had was rude and cold. I didnt feel like buying from them. But this time, I spoke to Amir on the phone and knew I wanted to go in and buy here; even though this was the farthest dealership I had inquired with.He is straight forward, honest, quick, patient and trustworthy. Almost 5 stars....The price was right. The finance portion of the deal was also really straight forward and easy (probably because I brought my own financing already prepped to the dealership. But even still, I didnt feel as though I was ever pressured to use their financing or buy additional services/warranties/etc. that I didnt need). I never felt at any point of time anyone was trying to sell me more than I wanted or needed. It was really a no pressure environment. BEWARE of dealerships online offers - even though it is not stated, you have to tell them up front about it. We forgot about it until we were negotiating the price, and told that we couldnt apply the additional money offer for our trade-in because we didnt inform them when we walked in the door. It was only $200 and the managers didnt budge. If the price of the vehicle werent so low, we would have walked. Its a small thing, but left such bad impression.

Stephen Knof was friendly, customer service oriented, quick, professional and efficient. He also had an awesome personality to go along with this list of accolades. In addition, Andre Woods was professional, detailed and expeditious. The receptionist (I think her name was Wendy) was very courteous and made me feel like I was already welcomed into the Honda family.The whole process from the time I set foot at the dealership to picking up the car was organized, efficient and fast. I changed to the Honda family (from Toyota) because of the availability of car inventory and I am happy that I did. I was happy to test drive the vehicle alone because of Covid safety measures. I noticed a difference in how smooth sailing the Honda CRV was compared to my Rav-4. In addition, I had no idea that you now have Honda Care. I am excited about my new car and the sonic gray is beautiful! Thank you Honda Team!

Great assistance from Service Department with insurance claimThe exhaust system was stolen off my Van while visiting the area from out of town. The service department was a great help in working with the insurance company and making the repair. Rudy, the service advisor, was a great help in providing the insurance company the information needed to complete the estimate and authorize the repair. The dealership was patient and did not rush me to remove the van while the insurance company completed their process - which was appreciated as I do not live in the area so that would have been difficult. The van was repaired quickly and then I drove 800 miles with no issues. Thank you so much for making a difficult situation manageable.

Car buying process was very easy. It helped that I knew exactly what I wanted and they had exactly one of that model available. I shared concerns about COVID before going to the dealership and Mitch helped me get almost everything done over the phone. Ask for Steve Knopf, he’s absolutely the best! I had a great experience purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle at Martin MainLine Honda. The process was stress free and pleasant. The absolute worst service center! Hands down awful. I wouldn’t recommend for more than an oil change or a tire change. I just took my car in for a rattling noise. I was assured the problem was due to struts. Well $1,000 later and we still have a rattling sound. So I replaced a part that didn’t need to be replaced. Note I hade a similar noise with a different honda a few years ago which took 6 weeks to diagnose. When I dropped the car off I referenced this issue I had Previously PLUS I emailed STEVE bloomer (svc mgr) asking to please reference the issue and to please make sure its not the same problem. I was assured the problem was 100% the struts. I have 4 family members that work in the auto industry. Mainline Honda’s service center is bottom of the barrel quality and top shelf pricing.i suggest using a different Mechanic.

I was having problems with my safety features and went to get it checked out. So the first time I went they told me to set an appointment OK then. I called and spoke with a lady who is amazing she was so understanding about my problems and she told me to come in the next morning first thing, mind u they were booked up to 2 weeks in advanced. I went early 7 am the next morning Lucas was my Service Writer which I must say hes great. The service was not a long wait. I must comend him for his customer service he kept me informed as to whats going on with my car when I left it there. I must say Thanks to Lucas, Andre in parts, the lady who helped me out and the mechanic who worked on my 2018 ACCORD and the others. I really appreciate it.

Nico went above and beyond for our recent purchase. He was able to locate the exact car color and trim and had it delivered over the weekend for Monday. There was a flat tire 24 hours after driving away and they accommodated me immediately and patched it up. Overall a good experience!

I was scheduled to have a windshield replacement Monday. I was told to bring my car before 9am, I did that. 3pm Monday afternoon I get a call from “Rudy” (male) telling me that the windshield they placed onto my vehicle had a huge scratch in the line of sight and they tried to “buff it out” but it remained. I was then told (at 3pm) there was a loaner car readily available as my car “would be the first one complete Wednesday morning after a new windshield is ordered.” I return to Honda Main Line in Ardmore only to have to wait an hour to be serviced and provided a filthy loaner vehicle. I was then told there were some scratches on this loaner that I wouldn’t be responsible for, cool - but the car was so dirty I could not identify scratches from dirt. After asking if the car could ATLEAST be washed, I found 3 more huge scratches/ paint chips that then had to be added to the “report.” Here it is WEDNESDAY at 1pm and after calling for an update - and having to be called back because Rudy took a lunch break - I was told my windshield was “being put in now and would need to sit for two hours.” When I asked what happened to being the first one this morning, and adding how inconvenient this has become, Rudy states “I put you in a car I don’t know how this is inconvenient for you.” As if the dirty scratched up loaner was suppose to satisfy me. Very disappointed with this encounter. Looking for another Honda dealer as well, suggestions are appreciated.

Wow. I was on carguru looking for an Acura MDX. I signed up for price alert on an Acura MDX that was advertised by MARTIN HONDA. After a few minutes of signing I get a call from a lady with an attitude. She dont want to listen to what I had to say. Very disrespectful. As Im talking she says Thank You and hangs up the call.Note to the HR :- Need to hiring more customer friendly people especially if they are going to be the first person to call customers.Im a GM of a nationwide company that serves 100 of guests each day. In general, my experiences at Martin Main Line have been satisfactory. The salesperson from whom we purchased our car, Patrick, is someone who listens and is realistic. That said, I twice had to speak with a salesperson named Michael - and after those conversations, I was truly tempted to get rid of my Honda and never set foot in the dealership again.The service folks are all welcoming, though I have had post service problems with what was supposed to be repaired, and needed to have those solved. Hoping this is not a pattern.Honda cars are great, but Martin Main Line has room to improve.

Instead I went to the nicer Toyota dealer right next door and was treated as a person rather than a number. Definitely worth it and I spent even more than I would at Honda. David Tierney was an amazing salesman. My mom saw the car before me and he was kind to her and when I went to see the car a couple days later, nothing but kindness and 0-pressure.We got fair price for the car with our offer.Our offer stood, the manager agreed (after some back and forth of course), deposit, we got the car the next day.David made sure I got everything i needed and the car was squeaky clean the next day. The paying process was less than an hr. I have never been to a worse car dealership in my life. Went there to checkout a 2017 Honda Accord coupe. Not ONLY was the car dirty inside and out, but it had exterior damage which included rust. The car itself was overpriced and I had to twist their arm just to come down by 200 dollars and even then, there were other honda accord coupes that were much cheaper in the area.On top of that! They sent out loan requests to ten or twelve credit unions (I lost count with all the mail I was getting about this one car loan) WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I dont know what kind of business theyre trying to run but theyre doing a really terrible job at it. Definitely some sketchy stuff going on behind the scenes. Dont buy from these people.

We were connected with Steve Knopf (Car Sales) who made us feel amazingly comfortable and guided us through the process of buying a vehicle there. I must say that this was one of the best car shopping experience we ever had. Steve was easy to work with and addressed every question and concerns professionally. Nowadays, it is uncommon to find honest and straightforward car salesmen like this gentleman. Mr Andre Woods (Business Manager) also did a great job at financing and extended warranty. Serving in the military for over 22 years, I have the upmost appreciation and respect for those people (especially salesmen) that take their job seriously and genuinely care for the needs of others while avoiding gimmicks or manipulation to make a sale. I am really unhappy and disappointed that after spending days and hours looking for a car, I finally found the one I want and despite reading some of the unhappy reviews I said I could be just some bad lack with those customers. So, I wanted to make sure that the car I want is available and I called multiple times the dealer to confirm availability, I talk to at least three sales people over the phone and one of them told me to make sure to fill up a financing application and I did, then I confirmed again before I had out to the dealership to make sure that the car is still available. The customer service in the sales department even gave me the name of the sales person that I will meet with and indeed he sent me a message with the appointment time. I would just mention that despite having a medical condition that makes me more cautious of COVID-19 and stay away from crowded area, I decided to take a chance and travel miles to the dealership to buy the car that my family and my kids loved and all of us stated dreaming about trips that will be making with it, only to be greeted by the designated sales person and be told to wait because he was helping another client. I didn’t really mind waiting, but to my disappointment, after waiting and waiting he came out to tell me sorry the car was just sold an hour before I got there, the he said it was sold in the afternoon, and when I got upset he tried to tell me that there are other good deals they have that I should look into them. When I told him that I was specifically interested only about that car and asked why he made me come all the way and wait if the car was already sold then he apologized again and despite that he may seemed genuine, I felt like they just take my information, made me apply for financing, and drive all the way there to try to lure me into buying another piece of their inventory without respect for my time or choice.

Every time I have gone here or called this dealership, Ive always regretted it. Very unhelpful and want to charge way more money for the same service than other dealerships around Philly -- and claiming false things (for instance, that certain parts are not sold be Honda and I need to spend literally ten times as much money to buy a kit -- other dealerships somehow manage to get the single Honda part).

We have been trying to get in touch with the business manager for 10 days since buying our car to clarify some issues and have not been able to get him on the phone. We were sold a service contract but not actually given a contract. We have no information about the terms or what is included or excluded. I came in at 9:30am to get my A/C issue diagnosed and fixed as per my appointment. I was told it should be done around noon because the job should take about 2hrs. As 1:00PM approached and no one called for me, I went to get a status update from the front desk. Turns out they werent too sure who was working on my car because my service advisor, Lucas, was out and my car was just left in the garage, not being worked on, for hours... So then they got someone named AJ to work on my car. Told me to wait another 1.5hrs and it should be done. I ended up leaving with my car at around 3:45PM. Over 6 long hours of waiting... This place is so disorganized... I wont be coming back here... I bought my 19 Civic here and brought it in here a few times for service with each time leaving with an unpleasant experience. Ive had enough of giving this place a chance...

Our first Honda (a Civic) that we purchased at Martin’s ran for 15 years. The second Civic ran for 19 years and the Accord is running beautifully at 13 years. However, because we are in our late 70’s our children encouraged us to trade in the ‘99 Civic and buy a new Honda with all the latest safety features.Jackie, the receptionist, welcomed us nicely and introduced us to the salesman, no the very best salesman ever, David Tierney. He was extremely professional, patient, supportive and helpful and remembered each of our names.We intended to buy a 2018 Accord (which is very impressive) or possibly a 2018 Civic. But something happened on the way to the purchase and all of us (including my wife) fell in love with a CR-V AWD. David carefully compared the pros and cons of each car and we were sold! No-one, at any time, put any pressure on us. Andre Wood explained the added options without any pressure. We feel that we got a good deal made all the better for David’s attentiveness. He never showed any irritation despite my absent mindedness that wasted a lot of his time (I had left documents at home and other little annoyances).I write very few reviews but mean it when I give 5 stars.

I went to purchase a car during covid w my 7 year old. Which was a terrible Idea I know, but he terrorizes sitters.My salesperson Steve Knopf was very helpful and make my experience very quick. Our agreement was he’d have my new car thoroughly cleaned and delivered w the stereo issues all worked out before delivery. Fast forward to next day, car arrives vacuumed and looking polished on the outside, but there were coffee splashed all over the driver side door and the radio AND reverse camera still don’t work. Not a huge deal right? Wouldn’t be if I could get my new car looked at immediately. I I bought it on the 9th and I can’t get it into service until the 25th.Overall a good experience if I could’ve gotten My car issues resolved quicker.I’ll update once my car is serviced.

WORST AUTO LEASE EXPERIENCE. I went in with the option of buying or leasing a vehicle. I spent 3 hours at the showroom. I made my requirements VERY CLEAR about wanting a lease for specifically 24 months. Went for several test drives. Got a quotation of 375 for a 24 months lease on a Honda HRV. Because Im a student on a budget I tried to negotiate and was told that after a credit check they would try to bring it to 360 a month. So they took all my personal details, ran a credit check and once everything was done Mr. Nino told me he made a mistake and accidentally gave me the price for 36 months. The new price he now quoted me for 24 months after running a credit check was 480. I was extremely upset, and of course they apologized but about time the leasing agents atleast know the approximate prices of their cars before promising customers a price they cant keep, wasting 3 hours of a hospital residents time who took a day off to find a car, and worst of all running a credit check. Please save yourself the trouble.

Weve purchased 2 cars here and had been taking them for their regular maintenance here until we moved further away. When we brought the car to the new place, they were immediately able to diagnose and fix several issues that Martin Main Line told us were non-issues and just things we had to deal with- of course, now they werent under warranty. When asked where we used to take it, we told the new dealership and they simply nodded and said this wasnt the first time theyd had this experience with customers from MML. Disappointing to say the least, and we certainly wont be back for more service or cars.

Very good overall experience. I negotiated the price in advance through email and text, then went to take a test drive. I worked with Roman who was probably the most low-pressure car sales associate that Ive ever worked with. I have purchased two cars from Mainline Honda and the were very helpful, fair, and not obnoxious about selling the car. They are obviously trying to sell cars but also seem genuinely interested in making sure you are also getting treated fairly. I worked with Nicco and André mainly yesterday and both of them were very helpful. Nicco really went above and beyond to help me in any way he could. Truly, above and beyond. I just bought a 2006 Honda Element at this dealership. The price was beyond great. I worked with Mike Salvo who went out of his way to help me through the process, was friendly and professional. Mike even took the time to pick me up at the rental car place and bring me to the dealership to get my car.The entire staff there was friendly and helpful. Comfortable place to hang out while waiting for paperwork. Ive bought a lot of cars and this by far was the best and easiest experience Ive ever had and the car was great. Its nice to go on a lot that has used cars and see they have quality cars and not junkers.
