This store should not be open the people here lie just to get a sale. They don’t take care of the issues they create. I was promised unlimited hotspot to then find out I was lied to. I had to go down the street to the other store to get my issue fixed.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen lady wouldn’t get off her personal phone to simply look one thing up I needed.

Very little wait time compared to the corporate store down the street which can be hours just to be seen. The employees here are so helpful, even opening the door for you. They go out of their way to help you but arent pushy salesman which is a breath of fresh air these days. Highly recommend.

Every time I go into this store the staff is incredibly helpful. The store manager helped me I believe her name is Larissa and I got set up with Direct tv and some phones. Her staff came up and helped me get my screen protectors on, stayed longer to help me and made sure I didn’t leave without everything being done. Will be going back just for their service.

I went in because my apple ID got hacked. Larissa helped me get it resolved and lowered my business account Glass services in half and we weere able to save 80 dollars by switching to business internet. She was very nice and helpful. I woul recommend going to that location.

Went in for a new phone and the girl was the manager and helped me get 50$ off my bill and a new S9! Love this store!

I went into the store by Burger King and everyone in there was really nice. The young lady there helped get my phone working and even helped me save 80$ on my phone bill and 79$ on my tv!! Horrible service ! Created an account in my name for service I do NOT have and continue to get billed for. The number exists and so does the account lol yet I never received a SIM for such account . LOOKS MORE LIKE FRAUD TO ME . Lets see if they can pro-rate the time and actually give me a SIM card to said account.

I walked in to purchase a car charger for my phone. I was not greeted on entering, was not shown any products, and when I asked if the charger I selected on my own would work with my Nexus 6P phone, the response I received was, I have no idea.My recommendation would be to give your business to another vendor, unless youre from out of town and need a hard to find car charger on short notice.
