Excellent the manager was great... Marcus young man who helped us I took my friend 96-year-old Mickey she needed a phone to keep in touch with family... We got a great phone at a very very reasonable price... She can now receive and send pictures and text her son and daughter in California and Texas... She is thrilled...

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Everyone is this store was amazingly helpful. I walked in on a busy Saturday without an appointment and had a hot mess with my recent IPad order that was done in the KOP store. They took their time and regardless of how busy it got they worked to get it fixed. They never made me feel rushed or that they didnt have the time to fix the problem. I have never had such terrific customer service. This store is farther to get to for me, but that doesnt matter. The quality, care, knowledge, and concern far out ways the drive! I have had many issues with Verizon customer service... Not at this store. They are a 5+++++!

Never have I had such a great experience at a Verizon (or any wireless carrier) store! Marcus was exceptionally professional, kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. I came in hoping to solve an issue with my account and he ended up exceeding my expectations not only in his ability to solve the issue but the manner in which he did so. Though Marcus was exceptional, every other technician on the floor was kind and helpful as well. If you need to go into a Verizon store for any reason, I highly recommend coming here!

I wouldn’t even give this place one star...went in to cancel my husbands line because he died and then upgrade my sons phone and mine.. they said they could cancel the line but you had to make a appointment to upgrade....5 employees working and store not crowded! This is ridiculous..you should be able to get everything done at once! Thinking of switching now even though I’ve been with Verizon over 15 years!

The touch on my phone wasnt working. Instead of running an assessment, the woman I spoke with just reset my phone and told me to come back if there were any issues. Which is frustrating because I use my phone for work and I didnt want to make a 2nd trip. Days later the touch wasnt working again. They werent busy when I went in. It would have been nice if she had just ran an assessment to try to determine what the issue was to save me a 2nd trip instead of doing the bare minimum. The downtown store immediately ran an assessment to find what the issue was. Ill go here from now on, even though its completely out of my way.

The staff here are super helpful.If you ever need a new phone or need any help with your Verizon Wireless account, come here, and theyll take care of it.I had a really bad experience with Verizons national online/phone customer and tech services--which are different than these local stores--and the staff at this store were able to fix everything for me, take care of what I needed, and went above and beyond to help me.Paula especially was really helpful, gave me her work cell to call in case I needed anything, and followed up the next day to take care of my account and make sure everything was okay.Ive been to the store at least three times now, and every time its been the same level of professionalism, helpfulness, and friendliness.I know to come straight here now instead of calling Verizons national customer service/tech numbers.

My phone went from 70% to 5% within minutes and cut off completely after I ordered a lyft while in another store. I went to Verizon and asked could I get a quick charge with out asking any questions or not knowing if I was a Verizon customer they said yes with no hesitation. I was able to charge my phone enough to get it back on and to beable to get my notifications from lyft.

I recently just got a new iPhone 7 Plus and I was struggling to put cheap screen protectors on my phone so I decided to just invest in a quality screen protector and have them put it on. The guy I was with put it on and I was really happy but realized there was a crack that came in the screen, he removed it and put a total of 4 screen protectors on before I was satisfied. I was charged for one protector but he put 4 on for me. I dont remember his name but it was absolutely the best. I had a great experience and would highly recommend. He put the Zagg screen protectors.

Went to buy a new I PAD there and had terrible customer service. I was quoted one price and then given an invoice for a much higher price. When I asked what was happening I got a third price - still higher than the initial one. When I asked why I was getting different prices the saleswoman started saying that she could not work with me anymore if I was questioning her. This was one of the most surreal and negative experiences I have had with customer service. Beware of bait and switch on pricing.

Man has Verizon really stepped up their customer service game, at least if other stores are becoming more like this one :) I have had to go into this store 3 times over the holiday season asking for various services and each time they have exceeded my expectations for service.Not only did the manager figure out a way for me to keep my phone number despite switching plan types, every team member went out of their way to help with additional steps or appointment scheduling, ways for me to save money, and willingness to walk me through the process in the store no matter how long it took. Seriously cannot recommend them enough! Thank you @marcus and the rest of the team!

Incredible experience today. Thought Id be waiting for hours on a Saturday but because of the efficient management of the flow of customers I barely waited any time at all. Was assisted by Jake who provided the kind of sincere and diligent customer service you dont see so much. Hopefully his boss recognizes hes more than a step above average in the customer experience he is delivering. If I could hire him to work for my company....... I would in a heartbeat.

The store employees try to make it appear as though the place is well run and highly organized. In my personal opinion, its actually the opposite. The wait time not matter what time of the day is at least 30 minutes. Twice I couldnt wait more than 40 minutes and had to leave and when I was leaving the lady told me I am the next customer in line. My response to her was that I have been next in line for the last 20 minutes. They ask your name so they can put you in their system and supposedly it should be based on first come first serve, but I have seen twice that they just started helping customer who walked into the store while others have been waiting for almost 30 minutes. This is the closest store to my apartment but I would rather drive 30 minutes to go to the one in King of Prussia.

I went into the store asking about the warranty on my Droid Turbo 2 that was just purchased the last month. The person at the door refused to look up the warranty information saying I had to go through Motorola and they have nothing to do with it. Did not know I couldnt get help for my VERIZON phone, at least they could have offered to look up the Motorola warranty info since it is something they sell. Extremely rude and as I was leaving I heard him and the other reps in the store making fun of my accent. Do not go into that store especially if you are an immigrant or not white looking.

Staff barely had a clue. Tried upselling everyone stuff they didnt need. Made outright lies about things to get people to spend more money on service. Tried to trick people into contracts so they could hit sales goals.Would be bad if this was just staff, but this was the manager as well.Would not recommend at all.

Spend over two hours getting an upgrade. Never received a receipt or rebate information - had to spend another hour of my day on the phone with Verizon for that. Also, they couldnt transfer my contacts, text messages, apps or pictures. I have never had that issue ever. Do not go to this store.

Misleading, con men. They duped a 91 year old into changing plans when he just wanted to extended his grandfathered prepaid plan a year. Apple store had no issues and transation was simple and quickThis Ardmore branch is always hard to deal with staff and never seams to give you any type of respect or deals.Verizon corp needs to clean house here. I went there to upgrade my IPhone 4s to a 5s as I was eligible for an upgrade. I chose the 5s because it was certainly newer than my current 4s and it was a cheaper option than if I were to go with the most current IPhone 6. Im a modest person and dont usually care for the newest thing out there. The salesman himself was actually nice and worked out a cool deal for me where the discount I get from using Verizon Edge actually equaled the cost of the Iphone 5. Cool, I thought we would close up and be done with it. He then comes out with a bunch of products that I can get for only an additional $130. I was not interested and I expected that whole spiel because I understand that is his job. Fine. But then the manager pokes his head around and asks us Whats this?, referring to my IPhone 5. I then said The IPhone 5. He looks at me with a strange look and asks Youre not gonna get the 6? I said no thanks. Then he says Oh, in a clearly displeased way. He then continues to push the the products that the original salesman had mentioned and that I had kindly declined. I understand the nature of their business is to try to sell these items but I had to decline 4 or 5 times. In an earlier conversation I had mentioned that the screen on my IPhone 4 had cracked. His last comment to me was something along the lines of Well you should at least get the case, you cracked that one, in a snarky kind of way. At the time I thought the whole thing was kinda funny how this manager just kept pushing and I just wouldnt budge. But after I thought about it I found it annoying. The original salesman was nice and he is reason I even gave 2 stars. The manager was worst than a car salesman.

The feeling of having been misled : 4 mobile lines, 3 devices allegedly free, that were finally not free, inital costs hidden, surcharge costs hidden, 24 month contract hidden.... in the end, i am charged 600 $ for the first month !!!! My best advice : dont beleive what is said and ask for a written commitment from them. Totally opposite from Verizon fios people who were absolutely clear and loyal

This is the worst Verizon store anywhere. Rude, obnoxious service. Waited forever and was then told that I had to have my name on a list. There was nobody there to greet you or message letting you know that you had to sign in. I drove over to the New Jersey store at the Deptford Mall and had a completely different experience. Helpful kind and courteous. Given the types of customers I saw at the Ardmore store I guess people get the store they deserve.If you dont like rude obnoxious people avoid this store.

Was lied to by sales person. I was in to upgrade a phone and they told me ipads were on sale to people who were upgrading. The price was good and i was told there were no strings attached just a discounted ipad. So I agreed. She handed me the ipad they use for transactions, swiped my card and showed me where to sign. Learned a month later when i got the next bill that they added a line to my family account and charged me an activation fee. Now they wont do anything to help me because it is beyond 14 days. I specifically asked if there was anything i was buying other than the ipad and told no. They never disclosed the added line activation fee. Cust service told me today to sell the ipad myself to pay them the cancellation charges. What a joke. Ive been with them over 20 years. They almost laughed me off the line when i asked if that mattered to them. Fraudulent operation.

Told me to connect them only if I want to report probs . I had a problem where they erred. They didnt want it to get out to other customers so they gave me a card to call the manager not corporate to report my horrible experience, and they escorted me to the door.
