The lady at was really nice and very friendly. Had a positive attitude and got my phone all setup in a really timely manner. Will definitely be back in when I need another phone.

I Dread going to this Cricket location. They are rude and they pick and choose how they treat certain people. The people that work here are snotty and are never knowledgeable. I mean honestly I dont know how they keep their job there you ask them questions and they are like I dont know. I like the company but those employees are not professional nor are they very nice I rather pay my Bill Over the phone then deal with the poor excuse for employees that work there.

Not happy. Was not told that new phone case and glass protector were NOT REFUNDABLE. No cellphone batteries were sold here, so I HAD to buy a new Upgraded Cell which has Perpetually ongoing ADS that interrupted my texting or conversations. I HATE THE SAMSUNG 10 ANDROID CELLPHONE!! TOO COMPLICATED TO UNDERSTAND & MANY UNNECESSARY FEATURES.

They dont know the difference between LG, Samsung, Apple, ANYTHING. Dont know how to set up a customers phone..... why do they work there? Lmao what a joke.
They must have fired the ones they had working in there about 6 months ago then! When I got my phone the customer service rep that was working was nothing but rude and of no help whatsoever. I handle everything online or over the phone now which is still very difficult to do. They do not honor their own policies at all, and their adds on their website are very misleading. Whenever you want to add a line or get new service and a phone is marked as free then you get all the way through it to the end only to find that they charge you full price including activation which they advertise as free if doing it online. I am still with them currently but only because I can not afford a new phone at this time and they refuse to give the unlock codes so that the phones can be used with another service. If I could give a negative star rating I would!
The Assistants know their job, I have been a customer for 5 years now . Ive always been satisfied with the coverage it has worked just fine through the entire southern part of the U.S. the plans are great and what they say I really appreciate the option to change my planand add-ons anytime to best fit my needs(PLANS: 3/Lines-$90Even 4/Lines-$100)(Sister Company of AT&T now cheaperdue to Pre Pay) 👍🏼👍🏼 *Worth It

These reviews are all really suspicious, and odd...so here’s a real one for you. First, it’s highly unprofessional to rate and review your own place of employment, and it’s even worse when the owner publicly praises you for the poor conduct...which then makes everyone else realize that the owner most likely encouraged this. Immediately, any and all credibility given on simply good faith, is tossed out the window.As far as my own personal experience with this business goes, it always looks totally dead to me. Completely empty on the inside. I’ve seen much more activity around the outside of the store for at least the last year. Sketchy dudes pulling up, mostly around the back, alone, looking completely misplaced.I lived in Dallas for just short of a decade before I needed to take a brief sabbatical to address my health. My last apartment was in a new complex in a very sketch part of the city.I don’t know what those guys are selling, but dear owner, it’s time for them to change course, they have made themselves more than obvious.I’ve never been more thankful for AT&T... this might sound cruel, but if Cricket was my only option, I would just make peace with not having a phone.

If they had negatives is put it this place is awful the children they have working there are more into flirting with each other. Rude is the best i can give to one of these called managers and still has no idea what she is doing just tells u oh well call apple ( since it was an iphone). I will drive the extra miles to go to Sherman where I know they give excellent service and are very quick.
Staff is not very helpful.. Manager had to do all the work. They work off of commission so theyre prices are high..

The girl helping was friendly but was sitting there eating sunflower seeds while waiting on me which was very annoying and also holding a half smoked cigar. I did purchase a phone but the customer service was very unprofessional and also the clothing looked tacky. I would think this kind of business would present theirselves more business like as in appearance and customer service.

Worst costumer service Ive ever experienced. Bought a LG Stylo 3, screen goes out two days later. Receipt says 7 day return, manager wouldnt take back the phone bc of a 1/2 hair like scratch from the stylist, tell me I can do a warrenty claim after the 7th day of purchase, cant provide me with a loaner phone for the 2-3 weeks Ill be without mine🤦 $150 down the drain, her only help was to tell me to go buy a phone from Wal Mart. Wow!
