Not to happy with the place. Bought a screen protector, that got messed up after only 1 week. They would not honor the warranty I was sold on. And I was also informed that the screen protector I had, hadnt been available for a while, even though I had purchased one week previously.

10/5 STARS!!! No, thats not a typo. Im writing this review on behalf of myself and my wife, Karen. She almost ALWAYS has to ask for a manager to get things done. That was NOT the case with this store. We went in to upgrade our phones and the whole process was smooth, fast, and excellent! Best Verizon store we have ever been to. Not once did I sense a spark of my wifes inner Karen coming out. We have found our favorite Verizon Store!!!

Very good service. Employees were very helpful and patient. We couldnt remember pins and passwords, but they helped us through every step. Were polite and talked with us about movies, and books while we waited to transfer information to the new phone. Great service.

Wonderful service! I was able to replace a phone, upgrade my data service, and purchase accessories (which they put on for me). I even scheduled a screen repair for my cracked screen for next day. I definitely will be coming back to this Verizon store again.🌻

Brett is a rockstar!! Idk about the other guys there but he was awesome!! Got another phone line and obviously another phone for my son...a case, screen protector, and a magnetic car charger for MY phone. Kept my monthly payment the same and walked out paying only $108 for everything including taxes on new phone😁 he repeats everything several times to make sure you understand EXACTLY what you are being charged for (that was the ONLY thing that bugged me...i dont like hearing things more than once but its his job though and when I asked him to stop he did!!)

From out of town and they helped get me with my Iphone 11 pro max. nice friendly . i would definitely come back here again!! Super friendly and will do what they can to help. Better experience here than where i originally purchased phone at in Texas.

I accidentally touched the wrong button and it activated the voice mode. I was going crazy and rushed to Verizon store on 2th St in Ardmore. Zac and Seth came to my rescue! I changed to Verizon last October and ever employee in this store is awesome!!
