Great customer service and staff is very friendly. I gave 4 stars because of the wait time & because lately my Frappuccino’s have not been blended well. It’s hard to drink when most of it is chunks of ice . Before I’ve never had any complaints, but I’m hoping it’s just due to a bad day, new person or how busy they are

Here at 7:45pm on Saturday and it’s closed!! Your hours on google say you close at 9. Change your hours or get better customer service!!

This Starbucks is second only to Chick-fil-A for service in this town. They never get my order wrong or forget anything, theyre always friendly and polite. Everything tastes the way I expect it to.

Despite being insanely busy this place has amazing breakfast food and drinks... Vanilla Bean Cream Frappe is my favorite coffee there...

Last 4 to 5 times Ive bought drinks at this location I always order a venti and its only 2/3s full. If I pay for a venti I expect to get a venti. I spend way to much money in this store for my service not to be satisfactory. I can definitely go to jack in the box. Its just as good and almost half the price. Do better Starbucks!!!

No bacon in my DOUBLE Bacon sandwich.... Staff was very nice and all of our drinks were good and done in a timely manner given the number of customers.

Usually friendly employees, consistent with the drinks being blended well especially compared to other Starbucks Ive been to, and a big plus is mobile order is always ready by the time I get there so I can run in and out in the morning!

Tori is absolutely the very best! I live in Mansfield TX, before leaving and getting on the road I stopped at my regular Starbucks store, nothing against them because they are good to me but today my drink wasn’t right. As I traveled to Oklahoma City we stopped in admore at this Starbucks location so I could ask for additional dark Carmel to fix my drink and after going back and forth with Tori for a few minutes about the drink, I lost! She demanded that I let her make my drink over and that she did and it was perfect! This made my entire day! Again thank you Tori you rock!

Three OTHER people in the lobby ordered a white mocha but was told I would be waiting 20+ minutes because of mobile orders. I get it they need to be made too, but you aren’t making drive thru wait like that? Half the employee on their phones doesn’t help. Makes no sense to prioritize drinks for people who aren’t there and have people waiting for the invisible man

I nearly always enjoy this Starbucks location! They get my order correct most of the time, and if I end up speaking up about it being wrong, they fix it with no fuss all the way around. All around, friendly and helpful folks.

Ive been to this Starbucks several times. Ive had no issues. Every time I have gotten coffee or food of any sort it has been correct. The staff are nice, timely, and helpful every time I am there. I recommend this starbucks if youre looking for a quick starbucks fix.

I literally order a caramel frappe always everyday with two shots and tons of extra caramel. The only complaint would be if their app is down and it’s super busy you may wait in line for 26 minutes like I did a couple days ago!! That was a bit upsetting!

Employees very nice but I cant get past the prices of their drinks. All have been wearing mask when going in there. Have been very helpful for someone like me who has zero clue about most of their drinks.

Really busy location had to sit in the road waiting to turn into the drive through. However, the reward was a wonderful cup of coffee.

The store has gone downhill. They were doing okay for a while despite all the issues with keeping items in stock, going in the morning was a little hit and miss with people attitudes and drinks but going in the evening was always a pleasant experience. Now you can tell something is wrong. I dont know if its the summer holidays, them being out of stuff or something going on behind the scenes at a management level but everyone is just miserable. Coming in to get drinks before work feels like walking into a bomb site, my drink is made incorrectly nearly every time and Im losing money from it, and coming in after work for a treat or a tea everyone just seems absolutely miserable to be working there. Theyre very nice to me and other customers but you can tell something is off and theyre always running to get things done, and a couple of the new people arent up to standard either. It makes me sad just to go inside now, I dont know what happened, but I miss the Starbucks that cracked jokes when taking orders and felt like a fun place for them to work. Its not worth the money to be given a wrong drink half the time or to support a place like that

UPDATE: update your online hours if you are going to change them!!I usually come here on the weekends and this place is CROWDED! No parking available whatsoever, so youll have to park in the lots nearby. USE MOBILE ORDER. Im not sure why so many people in Ardmore dont use mobile order. Youll save yourself 20 minutes of waiting. Clean location though and the staff seems to try and get everyone taken care of as quickly as possible.

Wait in drive through was 30 minutes. I cannot believe it, bit the coffee was watered down and weak. Too it off, the lidwas placed onto the cup where the opening was an the seam of the cup, so when you drink from it, coffee ends up on your shirt/lap. As expensive and generally reputable Starbucks is, this place is a joke. Please do something to protect your brand. This place was the worst.

Service was awesome. Drink was made too weak . I had a choc almond espresso extra ice. They put too much almond milk in it. I still drank it.

Ordered a Hot Caramel Macchiato Triple with white chocolate.I received an iced caramel macchiato that definitely wasnt mixed in at all, I had to use my work knife to stir in the syrup. The ticket on the cup doesnt say any of the rest I asked for but I dont really taste what I usually do, obviously its a little more or less dramatic cold. He said it back to me correctly though, so idk.

A place where almost every female in the place including ladies infront and behind me in line do not have masks yet the staff at the register tells every male customer to put on a mask and says nothing to them. Not to mention half the staff isnt covering their nose so its pointless to even wear one.

Always enjoy being able to use app to order and pay for a caramel beverage.

I ordered a venti iced white mocha with and extra pump of white mocha with sweet cream foam and extra caramel drizzle. What I received was not what I ordered. I got a venti iced white mocha with 7 pumps of regular mocha and there was no caramel drizzle. I waited in line for almost 20 minutes. Highly disappointed. For the price it should be right.

The best coffee and fruit drinks in the world

Overall a pretty good experience. Im originally from western New York and when you order an expresso its always hot and strong. I got mine and it was cold, but they got me another that was hot without any hesitation so I give it 4-stars. Maybe next time it will be 5.

The staff is super friendly, great service! They accidentally made my drink iced when I ordered hot, so they made it right and just gave me both. Thats good customer service!

This Starbucks was absolutely horrible they messed up our drink but then made us pay for their mistakes and made us wait in line for the second time for about 20 mins for their mistake and when the drink was made it was super water down and tasted absolutely disgusting and to add on top of that the workers were so rude

Since I have plenty of time to write this, it’s been over 30 minute for my drink. I’ve been to dozens of Starbucks and never had to wait this long for coffee. Not sure why they get so backed up.

If I could have given zero stars, I would have. They do not deserve even one star. Took 23 minutes from order to receive drink. They did not give a sleeve. I said, can I get a sleeve with this hot cup. She was rude and said, if you ask for one. I couldnt wait to leave. Looked down and the lid was dirty. I can deal with rude and not give a bad review. We all have bad day. But with covid, I cant deal with a dirty lid. Wash your hands!! I was just driving through on 35 and I dont have to visit this location every day. If youre considering this store, Id keep driving. Theres another location in Gainesville. Save your money and your health.

I ordered a medium cappuccino today. I have been drinking these for quite some time. The one I got today was the worst I have ever tasted. Cup only half full and very very strong and bitter. Dont believe I will do that again for a while.

Our order total is never the same and we always order the same thing. There is no consistency with the drinks it is a gamble if you will get a good drink or you will have to return it and if you do complain the manager will act like its your fault the drink is bad. The girls at the window are always polite and friendly i can say that much

Staff are very welcoming and greet me by name when I come in. Once I got drinks that didnt taste right, and I called and they made me new drinks for free. (I was very polite though, wasnt a karen about it lol). Love this place

Basically didnt want to make drinks for people unless your in the drive-thru. They came first, and the line just kept getting longer.

This location is large compared to many SB locations. Fast and friendly service with room to sit a while and enjoy your beverage. I was impressed.

The woman was super friendly explaining what drinks are what. We normally dont go to Starbucks so our family didnt know any of the drinks. This was a little past 9pm and she had no problems with helping us. I ended up buying a grilled cheese sandwich to go also, and didnt make it down the street before it was taken by my husband and daughter! We literally turned around and bought two more! They were absolutely delicious! We will definitely be coming back. And the ladies were just as nice the second time even though it was two minutes till closing.

Waited in drive through for 20 minutes. The drink I received had never been stirred, i got a clump of caramel in my last sip. I only endured the wait because we were travelling on the interstate and I had 5 hours ahead of me.
