I was there last Sunday and I got the Korean cherry blossom toner and the girl who was working asked me if it was good but I hadn’t used it before. Someone somehow tell her ITS SO GREAT!!it’s doesn’t smell like toner strongly and it works i Can visibly see the difference!

Went today for beauty services. Have been to this location before but usually visit another just as close to my house. After today however I will return to this location anytime I want to shop at Ulta. The stylish Brittany was beyond amazing and accommodating. I went in with box dye black hair and she did an amazing job root matching my natural color. She was so sweet and put her everything into it today and seemed to enjoy the experience as much as I did! And it was a long process not for the faint of heart lol. I will also return to the location because the store manager also treated the employees and customers amazing. Thank you Ulta for having such wonderful and refreshing employees!

I’ll make this as nice as I can, the stylist was so nice. She had a lot of experience and i got recommendations. However, she’s the only one available. I went in for an ombre, it wasnt done in one session, it needed a ton more toning and the roots had a harsh transition. Several blotchy areas. She didnt have time to finish the steps it needed. She admitted she didnt book enough time for what i needed done. I told her before hand i had a lot of hair. I said that’s ok it was an honest mistake. And color doesnt always turn out on the first go. But her next opening wasnt for a whole month. When i left i was neutral. I knew my hair wasn’t finished but the days went on and i knew I couldn’t go a month. I got in touch with another stylist who i have used several times in the past. She honestly had to put twice as much work into trying to cover up blotches and harsh lines that the first lady at ulta put in. Her opinion was that the lady at ulta was running out of time and started rushing. I believe it. It’s still not perfect, but ulta charged me $200!!!! The girl that spent 4 hours trying to fix my hair only charged $90... i tipped her to make up for the time spent. Its still got chunks left that couldn’t be covered or fixed. I am trying to be as nice as i can because the woman at ulta mentioned this happening where people leave and start bashing. I dont want to bash but I absolutely will be honest. I won’t go back. Ill stick with my regular stylist because she’s always been on point with getting exactly what im looking for. The ultra woman was not inept or dumb or negligent by any means, but the quality i got for what i paid is unreasonable. And then i was supposed to pay another $45 to finish that $200 job. I just didnt feel comfortable going back and paying more to that place.

Very substantial evidence of customer care in the COVID19 environment. Extra cleaning after each hair salon customer with masks, social distancing and regulated waiting areas. Service is far superior to most places we visited.

I had a very good experience!! It was the 1st time Ive been in there. I will definitely go back for more beauty products.

The store itself I enjoy, but every time I go workers want to come up and start recommending which colors they think suits your skin tone. I ended up going twice looking for foundation and both times they talked me into buying a color wayyy to light for me. I ended up taking both of them back. And finally had to tell them they were picking tones to light for me, that I wanted to look alone. And I found my right shade. All because I had time to look at everything alone and not have a worker in my ear saying I think this, or I think that.

Love this place!! You can find anything for personal care, cosmetics, salon services, etc. Great range of products from mass-marketed lines found in any drug store to high-end names in skin care, cosmetics and fragrance plus lesser - known import lines popular in the UK and Europe. Staff includes trained consultants and knowledgeable sales staff. Havent tried the salon yet but thats next on my list! ☺

My Ulta experience today was bad. I feel sorry for the employees. It was so hot in there. Apparently all Ulta thermostats are set the same. So here in Oklahoma if it is hot and cool in Oregon guess who is suffering??? Even the employees were sweating their make up off. Not good Ulta.

I visit Ulta way more than I need to. I know this because the wonderful ladies that work there know me by name. ☺️Haha!!!

I always find what i need in this shop. The attention un the hair salon is great. The help i got from the shop attendant is not always good. It depends on the person that attends you.

I went to Ulta today and did not have a nice experience with the women who were there. Following me around the store like I am going to steal something is not professional in the slightest. Another woman approached me about five minutes later asking if I needed any help. The first woman that approached me then said they were closing the registers. First off she could have told me that the first time she approached me and told me the store would be closing soon. There is no reason to demand that I all of a sudden be leaving the store and also you can’t just shut down the registers when there are customers in the store. I get you want to go home but you have to have professionalism at least until all the customers have left the store. Very poor customer service.
