My husband and I had a great experience buying a new mattress at this location. Vanna was helpful and very friendly. Delivery was available quickly- we ended up rescheduling our delivery due to conflicts on our end and they were extremely flexible and able to reschedule immediately. Delivery was quick, and the Gold service was well worth the cost, especially since they took away our old mattress for us! We bought a Purple mattress and the store actually had a better promotion going than Purple’s website. While we don’t anticipate needing another mattress anytime soon, would highly recommend anyone who is in the market for one to visit this location.

I came in yesterday looking for a mattress and possibly an adjustable bed frame. I was greeted by a man named Richard. He was extremely informative and helpful in me picking the right combination. He was a breath of fresh air because he was not acting like a salesman which actually makes me want to do business with him more. The representative, Jerome, at the Columbia Pike location was ridiculously helpful. He physically went to check if they had the mattress I needed in stock, sent me a link to be able to pay for my mattress online, and once he received email confirmation of the payment tagged it as sold.
