The most disappointing thing is that you have to wait so long for the delivery. If the items are on hand and you own a truck you should be able to get your purchase home immediately. The staff was great and the environment was conducive for a relaxed shopping experience. Shout out to Joseph for making us feel comfortable and as if among friends.

The guys who delivered the mattresses were awesome. They were on time, polite, hard working crew. We were sold on some preused mattress but were told nothing would be wrong with it. One came with a big stain the other has a hole torn in it. Waiting on sales guy to make it right...

We went to a different mattress firm @ matlock in the highlands and it was a JOKE! After being discouraged and missing the BIG 72HR sale I was like forget it...... but then we found CARLOS AND HIS TEAM on S. COOPER! He was matter of fact, pleasant, informative, & took EXCELLENT CARE OF US! We bought 2 full size beds and a twin with frame box spring and ALL! Thanks Carlos you are an ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY.

Im not sure how to rate the customer service, since there isnt there isnt a negative star. My friend and I went out of our eay to get to this store to make a purchase and when I told him what I wanted he gave me the price. I sat and waited for my friend to pick out what she was going to buy. When I told him I am ready to make my purchase he said oh we do not have it in stock. Huh!!! This was 30 minutes later. He never walked to the computer to check prior to telling me they were out of stock. He did the same thing to my friend, told her what she was looking for is out of stock. After she spent 30mins trying out pillows and she stated which one she was interested in. BEWARE IF YOU WANT TO BUY SOMETHING MAKE SURE THEY CHECK THEIR INVENTORY 1ST. DONT GET TO HAPPY. THEY GET YOUR HOPES UP JUST TO LET YOU DOWN. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Horrible service and qualityI bought 3 mattress from here. Bought one a month before and loved it so I ordered 2 more. The 2 I ordered were not the same “due to manufacture” they said. If their selling the same mattress it should be the same but obviously it’s not the same because the first mattress ordered is 20 pounds thicker. When I called to talk about it to the managers he yells at me and I ask him “why are u so rude and yelling” he says “because I have customers in my store.” So it’s ok to yell at your customers over the phone? I would not recommend buying anything here. Customers service sucks and mattress is inconsistent.

Purchased 2 queen firm mattresses, 2 box springs, 2 rails and 2 queen protectors for less than $2000 ... NEW!! You cant beat this deal. We shopped around. THANKS CARLOS! He was friendly and helpful. Apparently they also have great deals on used but sanitized mattresses if you cant afford new. GREAT PLACE!! I plan to come back for my king size mattress.

Ordered mattress online with free adjustable base. Mattress arrived and 3 days later base was to be installed, new mattress set up and old mattress hauled off. I had a Dr. appointment so my nephew let them in. They installed the base inside the frame, scratched up the sideboards, left the new mattress by the bed. out of the box, left the old mattress in the bedroom. I paid for the install and the haul off, but I guess the delivery guys had better stuff to do, other then the job. Called the store back and they will send a crew to pick up the old mattress next week. If your delivery people do not understand a simple work order, find another... This bed had better sleep well.

Never have we bought a high end mattress before and never have we hated a mattress that we bought. Great prices and great customer service

Truly thankful the facility was open and able to purchase item on the spot. Most similar stores do not actually have product available for same day delivery. The only challenge was the staff had no energy to assist me. It seems like I showed more enthusiasm in their presence as if I were the salesperson. I had ask more about the beds and delve into my phone to answer questions..I honestly felt like I was bothering the staff. It is Christmas time so to be fair to the staff they could be burnt out and that would be understandable. Overall I again was thankful.

I shopped at 3 different stores before shopping at Mattress Firm for queen mattress sets. I was greeted as soon as I entered by Bradley. After assessing my needs, Bradley showed me their queen mattress sets. He was knowledgeable about their products and answered all my questions. When I told him I was comparison shopping, he assured me Mattress Firm will have lowest prices as they comparison shop their competitors as well. After I left, I visited 2 additional stores. Bradley was correct! Mattress Firm did have the best prices. I returned to Mattress Firm where Bradley greeted me again and also remembered that I had been there earlier. Bradley assisted me with my purchases and delivery while multi tasking on the phone. He was patient and courteous to the person on the phone while remaining attentive to my purchases. If I am in need of mattresses in the future, I will definitely return as well as recommend Mattress Firm to family and friends.

We went here today just to look for a king size mattress. We were fortunate enough to have Buck for our salesman.We had very specific requirements and a pretty tight budget but this didn’t put a dent in his smile and easy manner. Overall experience was disappointing, they didn’t alert us that we needed to be prepared to load the mattress ourselves and we had to pull our own mattress out of the warehouse (out from underneath another) and put it on the dolly and load it on our vehicle ourselves.... the salesperson where we purchased was helpful in picking the right mattress but didn’t inform us well of the pickup process. Sadly the end of our experience was overall frustrating.

Amazing service. Excellent deals. I walked in expecting to settle for less than what I wanted, but walked out with the comfiest bed at a fraction of the cost. I would recommend anyone looking for a deal, to go there first!

I was able to go in and try out what they had in the store, while the agent was helping another family. I found a mattress I liked and when the associate was done he quickly helped me, rang me out and setup my delivery. It was quick, easy and the associate was very nice even though he was working on his own.

First off, I visited 2 other Mattress Firm locations prior to the Arlington (Cooper St. across from Rooms to Go) store. Let me just say, Carlos, earned every star. He was very welcoming, patient and did not disappoint. He worked with you until he found a mattress you would love, within your budget. Do not waste your time at the I-20 and Matlock location, they were not helpful and basically judgemental. Little did they know, we purchased 2 sets (King/Queen). If Im going to make a purchase (big or small), Id much rather conduct my transaction with someone who has great customer service skills, than someone who treats me as if I cant afford to be in the store, or perhaps it was our skin color?
