Everyone at the store was so helpful. Riley helped us with our decision by showing the benefits of each different mattress. He also did everything to get us a good deal.

My husband and I have contemplated the thought of purchasing a Sleep Number bed since 2013. We were in the market for a new bed and thought we would see what the hype was about. Needless to say…the hype was WAY OUT OF OUR BUDGET…so we went with a budget friendly middle of the road bed (which I hated after the first night). It was replaced with yet another middle of the road bed 2 years later. After an accident in 2019 I needed more support for my back and my left side…and my bed wasn’t doing it. Another mattress was purchased but this time it was more expensive, more top of the line memory foam. It worked! I slept great and I felt like finally I could regain my sleepless nights. I went from 2 hours a night to 4 maybe 6 hours each night…that was a win in my book. But that lasted for about 1 year. I noticed a huge area on my husbands side where the memory foam “forgot” to come back up after he woke up. It was the same on my side. For the next year we slept in the valleys and there was a hill between us. This was torture on my back and side. So we started looking again. This time I vowed to get the RIGHT BED FOR THE BEST PRICE! After-all, by body is my wealth and health, so I need to invest in it. It was hard searching for the right bed because COVID-19 had laid claim to all the outside space. I couldn’t sit, touch, lay or even get a true sense of what I was looking at online. So I continue to suffer for another 7 months. In May (2021) I decided to shop in person at all the popular mattress stores, I even dragged The Man (my husband) with me. Of course Sleep Number was on the list to see (feel) in person but The Man was not interested in their prices and quickly took them off the list…again. In August (2021) I visited the Sleep Number store in Arlington Parks Mall, where I met my new favorite friend, and sleep expert Alejandra! She was amazing…for real! She listened to what I needed then discussed my wants, she never tried to make me feel pressured and even let me 2 daughters interact with us. By the end of my visit I was sold…but The Man wasn’t there. Alejandra said take time to discuss with The Man, and she would follow up with me. She did! But I didn’t answer. The Man said no and I didn’t want to tell her. 2 weeks had passed and I dreamt about my Sleep Number bed. This was the right bed for the best price so, I made the decision to…talk to The Man again…but this time it was the way he needed to understand. 3 mattress 8 year $7000….and we’re look for a new one now…1 Sleep Number same price…forever. On top of a few other perks 😜 and conversations with The Man ☺️ I (we) became Sleep Number owners on 8/23. Alejandra was there to help me not only get everything I needed but my girl saved me money!! She was patient with all my questions (cause I was online looking at stuff and she was on the phone with me). After 15 minutes and 1 comparison and 20 question about sheets…it was a wrap! Do I recommend Sleep Number…HELL YES! The store was clean, they worked to maintain social distance when others came in and they follow up…even when you don’t respond. Best of all I was treated with respect, and offered every opportunity to save that was available. Thank You Alejandra and Sleep Number (Parks Mall)! All my people are hearing about you!

We had our previous sleep number for over ten years and loved it. Upgraded to a newer model and couldnt be happier. The staff at were extremely helpful even though we knew exactly what we wanted. We were in the area for a soccer tournament and they opened up the store ten minutes early to help get us out faster. They did not try to upsell us anything, They listened to what we wanted and showed us the options we asked for. Definitely happy with the whole experience.

Not my 1st rodeo with Sleep Number. Purchased a Queen P5 9 years ago. Out grew it and purchased a King Flex Top. Rielly was very professional, listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. Spent more than I intended to spend but I am very satisfied with my purchase. The delivery team was outstanding.

Was my second bed from this store. Product was ok that is why bought it. But Delivery was a disaster! First salesman lied about that she will confirm right delivery time and of course she never did. Also delivery guys showed up at their convenient time and left because no-one was home, because they did not show up on time.Took 2 month to get a bed after multiple reschedules.

The process of buying a Sleep Number Mattress was very easy. Our sales person, Reilly was patient and explained everything to us. We did not feel rushed in making our decision.

Went in and got great customer service at first from Ashley k. Made plans to go back later the same day with my boyfriend who was paying made her aware of this. She told me they closed at 8pm. Got there at 6:40 and the gate was down no one there. Found out later when she called back she was in the bathroom and had to lock up. I didnt see a sign so thats on me. Still ended up ordering online because we already left.

Ashley K at The Parks Mall in Arlington, TX did not fully explain the 100 day in home trial period. When I specifically asked her how much money would I be out of IF I returned the bed, she stated $200 which was the delivery fee. NOW that I am ready to return the bed, I am out of more money than the bed is worth! This is by far the worst mattress I have ever purchased. Make sure to read your contract for yourself because the salespersons will tell you ANYTHING to make a sale.

This past week I purchased a Full size Sleep Number mattress at the store in the Parks Mall, Arlington, TX. Lisa was very knowledgeable, listened to what I was looking for and had JUST the right mattress for me. I currently own a Queen size [since 1999] and needed to downsize. The next day Riley met with me to finalize everything. I eagerly anticipate UPS delivery in 2-3-weeks!

We bought a sleep number bed and my wife cant sleep on it and my back has hurt ever since we bought it. I cant recommend it and it is very expensive. We also have problems with it losing its air.Roger

I was greeted with professionalism and the associate at the store had patience and information to help me choose the correct bed for me. Plus I get to try it out for 100 days to be certain I picked the one that works for my best sleep experience. I was able to test out each bed and am so excited for my new bed to arrive!I have had a Sleep Number bed for 18 years and look forward to many years on my new one.When I got home and had questions about setting up my SleepIQ account, the associate I spoke to on the phone at that same location was so helpful and resolved all of my concerns.I would recommend a Sleep Number bed to anyone and direct them to the location at The Parks Mall.

Went in with my wife to take a look around and came out with an order confirmation for the P6 bed. We had an amazing store experience provided by Reilly who is the manager. He walked us through and gave recommendations on beds based on some of our sleeping habits. My wife and I had been talking about getting a new mattress due to both of us waking up feeling tired most of the time. Buying a bed can be daunting when you dont know what youre looking for but with the flexibility of the Sleep Number products and the expertise of Reilly we were made customers for life. We will be back for the adjustable base to accompany our mattress.

Shanna was extremely knowledgeable and laid back. She has worked for Sleep Number for years, which speaks volumes. We were in and out of the store in about 30 minutes with a new bed scheduled to be delivered in a week. We are super excited about our second Sleep Number bed! :)

I went in there today and they were excellent. Bertha, our sales representative, was wonderful. The entire staff was awesome and stood back to let us look while being available to help. There was no pressure put on us whatsoever. They answered all of our questions, allowed us to try them, and even showed us have the bed affects your pressure points. I would recommend this location to friends and family.

I purchased a queen sized bed. When it was delivered, it was delivered with a King-size foundation. The delivery person apologized and arranged to have a replacement foundation later that day. When the replacement arrived (some 8 hours later) the supposed queen foundation fit TOO tightly in our STANDARD QUEEN Bed Frame. It would not allow enough room for the bed pads to be placed on the foundation and tucked in. The deliveryman recommended we replace our bed frame (NOT an OPTION) to something larger or return the supposed queen foundation and buy a standard queen box spring but keep the bed. When we talked to customer service they advised against this and arranged for the bed to be returned. When the deliveryman come to pickup the bed(almost 2 weeks later) he noticed the foundation was NOT a Queen but actually part of a King foundation. We could not fully experience the bed because we could NEVER get it installed correctly. We have since purchased a Beauty rest. I question the quality of Sleep numbers support if they cannot on two occasions pack and deliver the proper foundations. This speaks directly to your quality control and reputation. If a customer gets this much hassle with installation, how will you support them after purchase. When I purchase a bed for as much as I paid I EXPECT it to be delivered and installed correctly. You had a potential life long customer but have lost my business and I will recommend against anyone buying your product

I came here when their beds were half off. Everything is crazy expensive but I love my bed. It is a game changer.

We love our Sleep Number bed but sometimes when you go to the store they just take forever. Not that they were trying to be bad where the sale was bad but make sure you have plenty of time if you are seriously looking into what you want. The good side of this is that they are really trying to make sure that you are getting what you want.

My wife and I started doing mattress shopping here, because we thinking about gettinh a sleep number bed. However, when we went into the store, a.n employee greeted us and asked how he could help. We replied that we were just doing research and looking around. To that he asked us Dont you have internet? . What? I asked not sure about what he said. I asked if you had Internet, because there is information online in a very rude tone. Except that I dont know how a mattress will feel on my bad back by looking at a picture. My wife and I then turned around and left. We got a Tempur-pedic instead and love it.

The sales lady was very rude. The first thing she said to us was, do you want to start the paperwork to finance. We received no greeting or welcome. When we asked her to help us turn the remote off she told us other people were here first.
