He started us off with lots of advice on how to choose a mattress that was right for us, and when we told him our price point he was able to direct us to an affordable equivalent of the type of mattress we needed. Very easy to work with on discounts, delivery, and other aspects of the sales process, too. We would happily recommend this store to anyone looking for a new mattress.

Rolando was extremely helpful. I called to ask about a loft bed that required a special type of mattress, and he walked me through all the considerations that I’d have to take into account. When I physically went to the store, he remembered my situation, and I’m very happy with the experience.

Xavier is fantastic and I think other reviews already make that clear! I learned things I never really thought to think about until he brought them up but they were excellent points and I believe important questions to ask someone so they can truly find the right mattress for a great nights sleep for many nights, and not just the mattress they like while in the store. Whether it can give you a great nights sleep is what is truly important yet difficult to tell - unless you have someone asking the right questions. So I highly recommend this store if you are even considering a new mattress. And do not let the small store front fool you! There are two floors and plenty of high quality mattress, as well as excellent support, to help you find the best mattress for you. And get it delivered and start getting a great nights sleep.

My wife and I had a great experience purchasing a mattress and two pillows at the Mattress Warehouse at Arlington Courthouse. Martin helped us figure out which mattress would be best suited per our preference in firmness, etc and also helped us choose pillows. Martin also helped us get the price to a point that was very competitive with other mattresses we had previously looked at online and at other stores. I appreciated that we didn’t feel pressured to purchase and were given time to think about the purchase and talk to each other throughout that process. We also had a crying baby in tow and were not made to feel that we should leave!

So I put a deposit down on a bed and didnt want it any longer. I was told the deposit policy was no questions asked. I cancelled my order in mid march, was told via email that the case was opened for my refund. Its supposed to be 10 days. After the ten days I was told the Frederick office is closed and they cant process my refund but somehow there were still some stores were open and they were selling mattresses.

Martin was very accommodating from the minute we walked in. Very knowledgeable on all products and allowed us to shop without hassle. Reccomend this store if looking for a new mattress. Pleased with our purchase and looking forward to getting the mattress with free delivery.

Couldn’t be more thrilled to take mine home. After getting everything setup I found out the gates were loose and needed to be fixed. I did this on my own and didn’t need help. Without a real pay plan none of this could be possible. Please allow for more, many would appreciate it!

Excellent Customer Service.Today my fiancé and I visits this location to find a king size bed. Upon coming in we had no real knowledge of what type of bed we should select. We knew we needed a better bed that would support my fiancé back and give me a long lasting sleep. Himar the awesome “sleepolgist” (lol) provided us with extensive details in reference to our sleep test results and types of beds.We tried serval of the bed options and was provided with clear understanding. He explained the 30 days policy in addition to the return policy. Personal experience was exchanged. Overall an awesome experience.
