We had such a great experience of shopping at Mattress firm yesterday with Roxanne. She showed all the mattresses and the bases as per our need and gave us lots of time to test them. She also gave us very good deals and made this shopping as easy and less stressful for us as we just moved in the city and the country. My fiancée and I purchased an intellibed from the mattress firm on Langston Blvd. Roxy and Osman were incredibly helpful. They answered all of our questions and were patient as we chose between the three mattresses we came into the store to look at. This is the finest retail experience Ive ever had - seriously! This is why you still should shop at real stores, but only when the company and people are this outstanding. I didnt like my first bed (after 3 months!) and they bent over backwards to arrange a replacement of my choice. I had great service at this Mattress Firm location! Osman was very knowledgeable about the various products available in the store and took all the necessary time to show them around to me. As for Roxy, you can feel that she is an effective salesperson thanks to her genuine sense of the needs of potential clients and her listening skills. She went above and beyond to find information from the company representative, on a Sunday, about the contents and fabrication of their Tempur- Pedic line (which is CertiPUR-US certified - a certification developed by an association of foam manufacturers which certified that it is free from the worst flame retardants and formaldehyde and some other metals and phtalates). The service deserves a FIVE star but I gave FOUR stars as the company Mattress Firm could do more to carry products with independent certification such as GREENGUARD Gold for emissions and MADESAFE certified, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and GOLS for latex GOTS for cotton, to cater to the more environmentally discriminate or health-concerned clients if it wishes to remain strong in this era!

We have made 3 separate mattress purchases from this location in the past 12 months and each experience has been great. This time, Osman helped us choose a new king mattress for my wife and me, and he did a great job of walking us through all the different types, giving us time to test and discuss, and answering all our questions. After getting a couple twin size memory foam mattresses for the kids, we went with the Purple 2 for ourselves. Weve now replaced all the mattresses in our house, but as soon as we need another, we will go this location as all the sales people are wonderful!

I was out of town when my sons old spring mattress finally bit the dust. His back was killing him & we had to get a new mattress. I contacted Mattress Firm via chat on their website and they were very responsive. Then I spoke with Osman Aslan at the local store who got everything in order for the mattress we wanted. He emailed me the needed link to pay online and my son was able to pick up the mattress immediately, even when the store was about to close. Very pleased with how helpful everyone was and would highly recommend them!

I know I was in the right place when Roxy greeted me less than six seconds after coming through the door. The other gentleman on the floor, Osman greeted me also but stayed at the desk for most of time but that was for good reason. I had told Roxy I was ready to buy a mattress I wanted to look at a brand called Lulo. It had a high rating but had to be ordered. There were no test mattresses in the store for that brand. So Roxy asked me what type of sleeper I was And proceeded to have me test three different mattresses. Since I’m a mostly side sleeper the one I settled on was the Sleepy’s Memory Foam Mattress. Roxy and Osman then help me finish my mattress package with a discounted pillow, Mattress cover and bedframe to replace my box spring. These two made it very easy to buy the mattress and I am very satisfied to this point with it. My sleep has never been better.

The process of selecting my first new mattress in nearly a decade could not have been easier.Roxanne was very patient and walked me through the store to mattresses that she felt would suit my needs (it was time to get a much firmer mattress than the cushy pillow tops of backaches past!)I tried the new Purple brand of mattresses but even the most firm was too flimsy for me, which Roxanne did say would likely be the case.In less than half an hour I had purchased a BeautyRest Beyond Firm and was out the door.The white glove delivery by Mario and his cohort could not have been easier, especially since they lugged off my old mattress!Very satisfied customer here!*the only reason I didnt give a five-star review is because I felt that if im paying over $3,000 for a mattress, the white glove delivery should really be included rather than as an add-on like a spoiler or undercoating.
