I cant speak highly enough about this brand that I tried for the first time yesterday. I have heard of BareMinerals, but I have never used their products - EVER. I figured they wouldnt look good on my skin. Boy, was I wrong. I went into the boutique on Sunday just to look and learn a little more about the brand. Out pops the most bubbly, sweetest, most professional sales associate I have ever met in the DMV area. Her name is Francesca.While I was amazed by the makeup offerings and bought over $120 worth of products, it was Francesca that blew me away.She was never imposing, was SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE about the products and just gave a great experience. I often go into the other cosmetic stores and they are either aloof or too imposing. They could learn a lot from this young lady.I ended up buying foundation, powder, blush, and an eyeshadow palette. The best part is Francesca was never pushy. I decided to buy all of these items on my own. By the way, the products are incredible.When I get great service, I dont hesitate to say so. I will definitely be back to this store.

I had a great service experience while shopping here today, which occurs way too seldom here in the DMV. The young woman who helped me in buying new makeup was cheerful and friendly and smiling. She was a great communicator, too. I highly recommend this particular store and its products.

The ambience is excellent and its cheaper getting this brand at this store than in other stores

This shop is in the mall but the staff were great and I ended up walking out with a new face of makeup and several products!
