5 stars if they would bring back products that werent broken and discontinued. BUT Laura and Tico are awesome. Super friendly. The store is very organized and clean.

Went in on a whim having never truly taken care of my skin and Kristen sent me home with what I can only describe as a personalized skincare regimen. My skin has never looked better and the products are such a treat—like an at home spa treatment. Also recommend the mini facials they do... it’s quick and done right at the makeup counter and will leave you feeling refreshed if your low on time but want the feeling of a facial.

Disappointed.I LOVE Origins products, but there was zero help from the assistant, none of the lovely samples you usually get in an Origins store (everywhere else, in my experience) and no offer of a quick face treatment, although she put it on the check, so Im thinking she reaches her target, without actually satisfying the customer.This isnt about the products, its about the customer service. Definitely wont go back here.
