Staff is friendly and product is good

I just visited this store today which is Saturday June 13. The time was about 6:20. The young ladies behind the counter were very unprofessional. A lot of whispering and giggling behind the counter. When I ask what was the problem, one of girls replied I wasnt talking to you. I truly understand that employing the youth is important but it will be great if they were trained on professionalism. With so much going on in this world these days, people should be very careful on how they treat others and how they come off. Being careless is how people get hurt. I really hope the manager or owner takes this into consideration. I wont ever return to this store nor will I reccomend it to anyone.

Helpful staff good atmosphere they have what you need and are willing to help you make choices if your not sure.Wonderful selection of wigs and hair care products, and they give out free samples. Good place to go.

(FYI: the review below is a criticism of customer relations (Not of product availability)Soooooo on 5/23/2020 I drove into the parking lot adjacent to Beauty R Us Beauty Supply store at approximately 7:50pm. After parking I walked to the entrance but remembered I needed to wear my mask. I turned around to go back to my vehicle and retrieve my mask. The time of retrieval was approximately 7:52pm. After I gather my mask and proceed to the door, pressing their signature ‘entrance’ button. The time at that point was approximately 7:53 PM. Crossing into the store I was greeted, not with a hello or how are you, but with “do you know what time we close” by a gentleman of Asian decent; whom I presumed was a member of Mgmt. I replied and said the Internet said you all close 8 PM. The gentleman then began to exhibit passive aggressive undertones and body language indicative of being annoyed. I realize the time is nearing the closing hour and I want to retrieve The items I was going to purchase. While doing that the gentleman spoke again stating you have seven minutes. At this point I knew that his tone was unacceptable and disrespectful. I’m not oblivious to individuals working in retail as I have done so many times in my life and I know the last hour can sometimes feel like the longest hour because you’re about to end a workday. The low grumbles and shoulder dropping exhibited by the gentleman and his staff of 4 young ladies was unnecessary. I was fully aware of the timeframe I needed to purchase my items and I did not intend to be in the store any more than about four minutes. I was actually successful in getting out of the store leaving them with 2 to 3 minutes until 8 PM. My point is this, if the longer you stay open guaranteesThe poor attitude you will have within the last hour, please close earlier. As a consumer and a member of planet earth no one deserves to feel as though the party they are making a purchase from is completely and utterly annoyed. Fix it

We went to look for wigs. The only problem was that they didnt have a lot of short wigs and most were synthetic and not real hair in the short style.Employees were helpful.

Great selection and bargains in the back right. Lots of extensions at all price and quality levels.

I really don’t write reviews but this store lost my service and I use to always come here for my braiding hair but not no more. They do funny business with you when it comes to exchanges, all I wanted to do was exchange the six bags of hair I just purchased because I realized I got the wrong color since they had bad lighting in there. Came back to the store after I just left from up there 20 minutes ago to exchange the Six bags of hair for another color and the lady at the register wouldn’t let me when the hair I was exchanging it for was the same brand and the same amount I was getting but just a different color

Buyer beware. Bought some makeup out of here at it was garbage. The receipt says you have 24 hrs to exchange for store credit. A generous 24 hour return policy. But they didnt even honor that. Guess they need the money to finance the 2 60 flat screens they use to monitor customers in the store. I will not be back. Too many other beauty supply stores to even bother

I’ve tried to give themThe benefit of the doubt multiple times but they just suck. They have kids in there working, they hold conversation between each other the whole time they process your transaction to the point where they will MESS UP your transact. They don’t make you aware of the return policy until it’s tile for you to make the return then talk to you as if you should already know how it goes. The kids are rude, the one adult in there is just as useless as them .

I was disappointed in today services.I have been to this store many of times and it has never failed me. However today I was very disappointed. I had my 5 year old daughter with me and she had to use the restroom badly. I had items in my hand and I sat them on the counter so they knew I wasnt trying to steal anything. I asked could I use the restroom and one man looked confused and the lady said no public restroom. I think that ludicrous that my daughter couldnt go to the restroom. I spend thousands of dollars on hair products yearly but, it be a loooooong time before I come back to this store.

A store full of customers and stating if the purchase process hasnt began they are closing registers. When you jave young workers worried about getting home then our money you should rethink your business model. I will order online from now on.

I went into the store today, it used to be one of my favorite hair stores. I went in specifically to buy some nails and I went looked at some hair. Now you would expect when you walk into a store to be greeted, knowing that you just walked into the store you would think that someone would ask if they can help you with anything, that was not my experience. I spent over $60 at the store will never visit the store again and they charge to cut the lace!The hair is quite expensive for lace fronts so why would you charge to cut the lace? This older woman their i asked if they had a restroom, nevermind that i was a customer, stated WE DONT HAVE A PUBLIC RESTROOM, YOU CAN GO NEXTDOOR! YOU would of thought, i asked her for money or something the mean unfriendly look she had on her face. The two younger girls were nice. But that one, You need to get a man fast. Your mean and your customer service sucks!

No willingness to help. When I told her this was my first time buying hair for a weave, she immediately tried to sell me the expensive hair behind the register. I told her I was testing her and she failed.

Nice selection of hair with very friendly employees

Stopped by this store today to grab eyelashes and boy was I surprised. The store was bright not dark and dingy like some of the other beauty supplies. Two girls greeted me when I walked in the door and were able to point me right to the lashes. I decided to look around since this was my first time here and saw they carry a lot of natural products from Camille Rose to Design Essentials! They even have Hairfinity products- not just the vitamins either they have what looks like the whole line. They had a couple other natural products I wasnt too familiar with like Mielle Organics and Obia Natural but Ill be looking those up. Not to mention they have tons of makeup. Mostly NYX but I also saw Milani makeup. To sum it up BIG STORE GREAT SELECTION. Customer service was great too. The girls were very helpful. Ill definitely be back to shop here!
